  The staff were incredible. I drive a Buick Enclave and it took three tries before they brought me a Ford Bronco Sport. The only complaint it had Quebec plates and I kept getting cut off. lol. I live in Ontario. The staff are fabulous.

  Rented a cube truck for a day - significantly better price than U-Haul and a new, clean vehicle. Stef W. gave me amazing service - great communicator, friendly and efficient!

  I reserved a minivan several days in advance because the system showed availability for the dates I needed. I received a reservation confirmation and pickup instructions, and I planned my entire trip based on that information. However, two days later I received a call informing me that there were no vehicles available at all. I find this extremely irresponsible. When a company accepts a reservation, customers make plans, book hotels, purchase event tickets, and organize travel arrangements for their families based on the expectation that the service will be provided. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but availability should not be advertised if there is not enough inventory to honor confirmed reservations. This situation caused unnecessary stress and put at risk a trip that had already been fully planned for seven people attending FanFest in Toronto. I hope the company improves its reservation management process so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
