  We had a fantastic experience! Benjamin was kind, helpful and courteous for all our needs. The entire process went very smoothly and they absolutely accommodated us in our time of need. I would recommend this business to anybody. Good job gang!

  Excellent service! People and the management are awesome! BTW You can shrink time for the paperwork in the office almost to zero by doing it online. My vehicle was on-time, new, in top shape and super clean. Giving vehicle back was also very smooth and fast.

  I rented a Nissan Kick for one day, for a return trip to Quebec City. Up front, Gabriel was very nice and engaging when I picked up the car. He gave me a choice between two models which is unusual based on my experience, and greatly appreciated. Upon my return, I gave him some feedback on the car (great little car), including some noteworthy particularities. He duly noted them. I also mentioned that I needed to change my plan for returning home from the office since I came back earlier than planned and my wife was not available to pick me up. He promptly offered to provide a ride home which, again, happily surprised me. So Steven drove me back home, while entertaining a very interesting conversation. What was noticeable during my experience, beside the previously mentioned surprises, was the attitude of the staff in the office. They showed genuine interest in their job, a positive smiley attitude, and sincere interest to provide the best customer service possible. Thanks to the team for a very positive experience! I'll know where to go for my next rental...

Fraudulent, Useless, and Destructive Business! > I have never experienced such an utterly incompetent, manipulative, and fraudulent business operation in my entire life. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is not just a rental company; it’s a scam that costs people time and actual money. > My absolute nightmare started yesterday at 12:00 PM. Despite having a **confirmed reservation**, I have been dragged into a never-ending loop of lies. First, I went to their branch at **1430 Youville Dr, Orleans**, where they casually told me to "come back tomorrow." > When I returned today, they told me they had no cars. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff claimed they had "arranged everything" and instructed me to go to the main center, assuring me a vehicle was waiting. I drove **35 kilometers** to the center based on their word. When I arrived, the center told me they had nothing for me and ordered me to **go back to the original address (1430 Youville Dr)**. Unbelievably, I drove all the way back, only to be told for a third time that they had no vehicle. > Since yesterday noon, **I have been bounced around between THREE different branches**, and every single one of them turned me away. > They literally ran me around in circles for two days, treating me like a joke. They didn't just waste my time and energy—**they cost me nearly $75 out of my own pocket just in useless fuel expenses**, and achieved absolutely NOTHING. They are completely useless, helpless, and incapable of doing the one job they exist to do. > Customer satisfaction is an absolute zero. Professionalism is non-existent. They operate solely based on their own convenience, lying to customers' faces with zero regard for human beings or the commitments they lock people into. > Do yourself a massive favor: **NEVER trust this branch at 1430 Youville Dr**, do NOT trust their system, and take your business to a company that actually respects human beings and doesn't steal their hard-earned money.
