  Very poor experience at this location. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was refused a vehicle at the time of pickup. There was no meaningful explanation provided and no effort made to offer an alternative solution. This completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. Customers rely on confirmed bookings, especially when they have plans depending on it. Being turned away at the counter without support is unacceptable. I was forced to arrange another rental on short notice at a higher price, which caused unnecessary stress and disruption. Overall, this reflects poorly on the reliability and customer service at this location. I would not recommend relying on them, even with a confirmed booking.

  I had a very disappointing experience with both Booking.com and Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Orangeville). I reserved a 7-seater vehicle through Booking.com because I had planned my entire 3-day trip around it. When I arrived at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Orangeville, I was told that they did not have any 7-seater vehicles available. Enterprise claimed they had tried to call me to inform me, but I never received any phone call. If they couldn’t reach me, why didn’t they leave a voicemail, send a text message, or email me? Also, since I booked through Booking.com, I don’t understand why Enterprise contacted me directly instead of coordinating through the booking platform. I contacted Booking.com, and they advised me to cancel the reservation and promised a full refund. However, when I tried to book another 7-seater, the price had increased by more than $250 compared to my original booking. I requested a voucher or credit to cover the additional cost caused by their mistake, but Booking.com refused. To make matters worse, the only available replacement vehicle was at Pearson Airport, approximately 60 km away from Orangeville. This meant I would have had to arrange transportation and spend additional time and money just to pick up another vehicle because of an issue that was not my fault. This situation completely disrupted my travel plans and caused unnecessary stress and extra expense. A confirmed reservation should mean the vehicle is actually available when the customer arrives. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Booking.com for car rentals or Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Orangeville). Their poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to provide a reasonable solution made this a very frustrating experience.
