Customer service is something out of this world. Jeremiah reached out right away as I was running late to check in and make sure there were no issues, assuring me my rental was ready and waiting the moment I arrived, always greeting me by name from the first phone call to pick up to drop off. The entire process was so quick, smooth and pleasant, I’ll go out of my way to make sure I rent from this location next time I need a truck

Previous experience was excellent - very friendly, great van, and at an excellent price - the whole experience was top-notch. Not sure why it didn’t add a new review for the more recent visit. First visit was 5 stars. Second visit - Very friendly, but this time they didn’t have a vehicle to fulfil my reservation request, plus the price was more than double the previous month and the only vehicle available was in repairs for a warning buzzer issue. They recommended U-Haul down the road, which was OK, but nowhere near the same quality of vehicle or experience. 2 stars on this occasion.
