- MBMae BorbeAug 13, 20265.0I have been using Enterprise every time I am needing a car, staff are very friendly and accommodating, Thomas is kind enough to give me back the rental car I just returned couple of hours before as I found out that my car that is being repaired isn’t ready yet. Upon returning the said rental car Joshua one of the amazing staff drove me to my mechanic to pick up my fixed car. I appreciate it big time Joshua! Your kindness and hard work didn’t go unnoticed.

From start to finish, Joshua’s work was immaculate. He is sincere, polite, and his character is second to none. Plus, that red MINI Cooper Countryman is absolutely a head turner. Thank you Joshua for taking care of us.

The Brantford location needs to change their Saturday hours to be open until 2pm since it is the only one in the city. Brantford location 2 stars.

The service we received from Sebastian and Akshay was fantastic. They definitely compensated us for the transition error and provided fantastic customer service throughout. Thank you!
