  An outstanding example of high-efficiency asset management and customer throughput. I utilized this location for a business-critical transit layout & the operational turnaround was impressive. The digital check-in system completely eliminates the standard administrative bottleneck. From the moment I stepped off the terminal train to the keys being in my hand took precisely 7 minutes. The vehicle provided was clean, fully refueled & showed zero telemetry or mechanical anomalies. Drop-off was equally frictionless - automated receipt generation via mobile POS within seconds. If you calculate your time in dollar-value, this location offers the highest efficiency ratio in the GTA. Logical, automated & professional.

  Staff was exceptionally friendly. Especially Edosa was very accommodating of my needs, and I didn’t experience a single inconvenience while using the rental car. Once again, I’d like to express my gratitude to Edosa.

  We recently rented from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Speers Road location ahead of our wedding weekend, as we specifically needed a vehicle with additional trunk space. Based on this, we reserved an Elite Standard SUV. Upon arrival, I was provided with a Mercedes GLA. Edosa (?), the associate assisting me, was transparent and apologetic in explaining that this was the only available option in that category at the time. While it wasn’t exactly what we had in mind, I appreciated the communication and confirmed that the vehicle would still work for our needs. However, shortly after leaving the lot, I noticed the vehicle was not in ideal condition—it was visibly unclean and had a faint odour. Given the importance of the weekend, I immediately contacted the Speers location to flag the issue. Edosa responded right away and took full ownership of the situation. He proactively reached out to other locations to source a replacement vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. As soon as an alternative became available, he arranged an upgraded vehicle for us. What stood out most was his level of care and professionalism. He was genuinely apologetic and made a point to acknowledge the significance of the weekend, reassuring me that this should not be an added stress. His ability to act quickly, communicate clearly, and prioritize the customer experience truly made a difference. Edosa is a great example of exceptional customer service, and his efforts turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Thank you again for going above and beyond.
