  Never answers the phone i'm always on hold for 40 mins-1 hour before giving up. last week i called 5 times in 3 hours. No answer.

  I have been renting cars from this location for the past 3 years. Yousef, Edosa, and the entire team are great. Always helpful and understanding.

  I called the Speers Rd location at 4:34 pm on Tue July 14th, after dropping off a rental car at GSI bodyshop. After listening to the many options and the message that they use AI to analyze call conversation, and improve customer service, I was holding while the phone kept ringing for a half hour till past their close of business at 5pm, so I hung up. Hopefully AI analyses the delay and no response from the Enterprise associate. I had worked for the parent company in St Louis MO, and this would be cause for employee training to provide better service. The FIFA game between France and Spain must have taken priority as it was on at the time I called.
