  I had a great experience with Assured Auto when they completed warranty work on my Lexus to repair rust that had started forming. They communicated clearly, completed the repairs to a high standard, and my car looks excellent. It's reassuring to deal with a shop that stands behind its work and provides such great customer service.

  Awesome experience with Assured Collision Oakville after being rear-ended. Hussein got me started, and Judy and Rosa were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Despite dealing with difficult insurance reps, the team made everything smooth and stress-free. My car came back looking like new. Excellent customer service and repair—thank you to the whole team!

  This place is the absolute worst body shop ever. My insurance company recommended to bring my truck here, what a mistake. First of all it took them 10 weeks to repair the rear of my truck. My truck sat in there shop for 2 weeks waiting for parts, what a joke. After a very long wait to fix my truck I finally got it back only to notice items inside of my truck went missing. They stole personal items from inside my truck. I called and asked for the items back the lady said she would talk to the manager and did nothing for me. Thieves! Do not bring your vehicle here you will regret it! This place deserves zero stars.

  Staff are so kind and very helpful made my stressful car experience very smooth process and did everything for me and arranged a rental for me and I didn't have to do anything on my end they called for me the rental came to me very phanomanal service !!!!
