  This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Professional Courteous Experts I could list so much more positive feedback. I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I picked up my car. Not only was the damage repaired perfectly but the car was cleaned inside and out. Even the tires. This is the place to go with your injuries to your vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved.

  Recently your garage repaired my red Mini Cooper. It was an excellent job, colour match was perfect and there was no sign of the gouge that I made with my run in with the cart corral at the super market. I am delighted. Cost was reasonable and staff were very courteous. Thank you.

  When I caught this shop padding the quote, parts mysteriously began "arriving damaged" once they had my vehicle — conveniently extending the timeline. By pickup, there was a long list of new charges and unanticipated work, for what started as a small, minor dent. Hard to believe. I got the car back with no exterior clean, no interior clean, no added value whatsoever. If insurance companies weren't funneling customers their way, I doubt this place would still be in business. Zero trust in the service at any stage of this experience.

  I had a great experience with Assured Auto when they completed warranty work on my Lexus to repair rust that had started forming. They communicated clearly, completed the repairs to a high standard, and my car looks excellent. It's reassuring to deal with a shop that stands behind its work and provides such great customer service.

  This place is the absolute worst body shop ever. My insurance company recommended to bring my truck here, what a mistake. First of all it took them 10 weeks to repair the rear of my truck. My truck sat in there shop for 2 weeks waiting for parts, what a joke. After a very long wait to fix my truck I finally got it back only to notice items inside of my truck went missing. They stole personal items from inside my truck. I called and asked for the items back the lady said she would talk to the manager and did nothing for me. Thieves! Do not bring your vehicle here you will regret it! This place deserves zero stars.
