  I kept meaning to leave a review about my last visit here, and I finally have the time to do it. I’ve been coming to this location regularly for about a year, usually every one or two months for my oil changes, and I never had an issue before. Unfortunately, this time there was a completely different team working, and the experience was very different from what I had become used to. From the beginning, I clearly said that I only wanted an oil change and an oil filter. No air filters or any additional services. The employee calculated the price in front of me on the computer, and it came to around $130 including tax. When it was time to pay, however, the final total was suddenly $145. I wanted to see the receipt and understand where the difference came from. The employee told me that they had run out of paper and couldn’t print a receipt, so he asked for my email and said the receipt and service details would be sent to me. I never received the receipt or any breakdown of the charges. The only emails I’ve received from the company since then have been advertisements. One other small thing: at the end, I was handed the oil change reminder sticker and told to put it on my windshield myself. I have no problem doing that, but in the past the staff here always took care of these little things themselves. It just added to the feeling that the level of service was completely different this time. I had been a regular customer at this location for about a year, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I still don’t understand how an original total of around $130 became $145, and I never received the receipt that I was promised. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back after this visit. If I’m paying $145 for a basic oil change, I at least expect a clear final price, a receipt, and the level of service I had previously received here.

  Visited this business Aug 14 at 9:30-10 am. I waited in one of the three service lines to be served. The bays and lines were all busy with equal amount customers in all three lines. When it was my turn they asked me to pull out so the person in the line next to me can go in front of me and I was swapped into their line and was asked to wait. They advised the customer was waiting too long in that slower line and I needed to move into that slower line. I questioned the policy and they advised its corporate policy to juggle the lines as they fit. I was clearer upset and confused. But I moved. Then 10 min later I watched as someone that arrived after me in another line be served before me. So I questioned it again and they said they missed it. I clearly need to update my social understanding of how lines work. Not my first time at this location and I won’t be back. I would give a zero star if I could. They knew I was upset and offered zero discount or future incentive to return.. Its an already overpriced service I visited here out of convenience.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Great Canadian Oil Change on Weston Road and cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the entire oil change was seamless, efficient and incredibly professional. The service was excellent from start to finish, but what really made my visit exceptional was the manager, Rovin. Rovin truly went above and beyond. I happened to have a broken middle visor in my car, which had nothing to do with my oil change, and he went out of his way to help me with it. That kind of genuine kindness and willingness to help is so rare these days and was incredibly appreciated. Rovin is an absolute credit to Great Canadian Oil Change. His warmth, professionalism and outstanding customer service turned a routine oil change into such a positive experience. Five stars without hesitation! I will absolutely be returning to this location and recommending Rovin and his team to family and friends. Thank you, Rovin, for taking such wonderful care of me!

  Highly recommend!!! I used to get my oil change here for years! But I moved away years ago. I happened to be in the area today. My car was making an awful sound and I was about to enter the highway. I called and spoke to the assistant manager who was kind, courteous and understanding. I had two babies and a dog in the car. They checked many car and advised me NOT to go on the highway. Thank you for your kindness and generosity on looking at my vehicle. I will not forget this blessing.

  Really happy with this place. I love how quickly I was able to get in, and you stay in the car which means there is no dilly-dallying and wasting time. What impressed me the most was that they ask if you want your lights or air filters checked - most places don't ask and then they try to sell you marked up parts and services. They were polite, helpful and efficient. Prices were on par with other oil change places and less than the dealership. This is definitely my oil change place from now on.
