He gave me advice on what to do, he also added some oil for me, and also power washed under the hood, (which was needed). I wanted to thank them for making my day, as they could see I was upset. Did not charge me a cent. Thank so much to them!! 901 Sheppard ave. W.

What is it with this tipping culture nonsense? $100 for an oil change isn't enough, you gotta set the debit machines to a preset minimum 10% tip that you can't change? Why do I have to tip you to do your JOB? On top of trying to upsell me for every stupid thing I don't need. This place was awesome when it was a Mr Lube. Now it's just a prime example of entitled corporate GREED with shitty emoyees. Do yourself a favor find the nice mom and pop garage and get your oil changed there. This greedy tipping culture needs to end. People want SERVICE, not some bullshit guilt trip.
