  Great service from Leycer and Rovin. Came in for an oil change early May and Leycer was so helpful, answering all of my many questions. I hadn’t had an oil change in a while, was debating adding a filter change and had never been to this location. He was patient and helpful which I appreciated. Rovin assisted where needed and it makes sense that he is a manager. I will definitely be back and would recommend the location. Hope something good happens to you today :)

  Staff is friendly and seem knowledgeable. Service was very good and quick, maybe 20 minutes at most. They did point out a couple of things other than just an oil change. All in all l was pleased, would recommend.

  I have been a customer for years, several different vehicles, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, there was one vehicle ahead of me in Bay 1, a truck already being serviced in Bay 1, one vehicle in Bay 2 with another lined up behind it, and Bay 3 was closed as there was a car having their tires changed. Shortly after I arrived, Patrick came outside and spoke with the vehicle in front of me, advising them it would be approximately 10 minutes before they would be brought in. He then returned to Bay 3. Over the next 40–45 minutes, Patrick came outside again to speak with vehicles waiting in bay 2 while completely ignoring me. A new vehicle arrived at Bay 2 well after I had been waiting, yet those customers were acknowledged while I was not. Eventually, Bay 3 was opened and the vehicle beside me was directed inside. I had to wave my arm and get someone’s attention before staff even realized I had been waiting. They then asked the other customer if I had arrived first, and I had to call out that I had been waiting for approximately 45 minutes. Once my vehicle was brought into Bay 3, I remained polite and simply wanted the service completed so I could leave. However, Patrick made comments about me to another employee while standing at the front of my vehicle. When I pointed out that just because the hood was up did not mean I couldn’t hear him, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. When I attempted to explain my concerns regarding being ignored for nearly 45 minutes, Patrick repeatedly interrupted me rather than listening. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful throughout. To make matters worse, several parts of the standard service appeared to be overlooked. When I asked whether my lights would be checked, I was told that would be done at the end, despite years of previous visits where this was not the process. Another mechanic later had to ask Patrick whether my tire pressures had been checked, indicating that task had not yet been completed either. Another employee offered me a $10 discount for the inconvenience, but my concern was never about the money. I simply expected to be acknowledged, treated respectfully, and receive the service that customers have come to expect. Unfortunately, Patrick’s dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism left a very poor impression. After years of using this location for oil changes, I am seriously reconsidering whether I will return.

  I went to Sheppard location to change the oil in my company truck. Rovin the assistant manager provided me with great advice and saved me from damaging my engine and spending tones of money for repairs by pointing my negligence on changing my leaking completely rusted oil pan. He didn’t agree to change my oil in those circumstances but his honest position and professional attitude made me feel care about to my expectations. Best location for oil change so far!
