  BETTER MANAGEMENT NEEDED We booked a car at 11ish, pickup was shown at 12pm and reached at venue and waited for 45 minutes in queue for someone to attend us, CAT EYED guy told us that he tried to called us multiple times but couldn’t reach, WE DISNT RECEIVE A SINGLE CALL, at the end he said that he doesn’t have car to give us, I HEARD THE SAME EXCUSE TOLD TO SOMEBODY ELSE, THEY TRIED TO CALL, BUT DIDNT GO THROUGH HE LOOKED VERY NEGLIGIBLE AND UNBOTHERED

  This was by far my worst experience with any car Rental agency. I have used Enterprise alot as they are typically far superior to other rental agencies. We waited in line for over an hour to rent our car, the car had less than a 1/4 tank of gas and it hadn't been cleaned from the previous renter. During pick-up and drop-off there wasn't enough staff and felt rushed without discussing insurance options.... I can't recommend this Enterprise location, nor will I be returning.

  Booked a car, waited in line for 30 minutes with a full lobby of customers, only to be told there were no vehicles available. If you booked the same day or the day before, apparently your reservation doesn't actually guarantee a car. No warning when booking and no assistance finding another vehicle—we were simply told to figure it out ourselves. Be careful if you're renting from this location. A confirmed reservation apparently doesn't mean much here.

  Unacceptable service—misleading website and zero communication. I reserved a full-size 7-seater SUV online for an upcoming trip （two days later）. By pure luck, I decided to drop by the store early to confirm the booking, only to be shocked by the truth. The staff kindly revealed that they do not and will never have this vehicle here, because it doesn’t even fit through the mall's underground parking structure! Why is this option still live on your website if you know it’s physically impossible to provide it? What infuriates me most is that the company never bothered to contact me to cancel or explain. If I hadn't gone to check myself, I would have shown up on Sunday with nowhere to go. This feels like a bait-and-switch to force customers into smaller cars at the last minute. Disgusting management. Staffs are very friendly tho🙏🏻

  I have never come across a scenario where no vehicle is available when I’ve reserved a car and other reviews also shared similar experience! I called in the day before to change the time and confirmed by the staff. Came in today and the other staff told me no vehicle is available and left me stranded. The staff also didn’t show good attitude. I would advise going to ANOTHER Enterprise location instead.
