I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Weston Road and Highway 401. My insurance company initially provided the rental vehicle while my car claim was being processed, but I needed to extend the rental for a few additional days on my own. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, including the extension, and they made the experience very easy and stress-free. Amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location!

the manager Saurabh was the worst i have ever encountered. I have rented from enterprise for over 12 years and never had such issues. He is not a honest person , he tries to find damages on cars which he missed earlier and says its my bad i dont have video. he also kept me waiting for over an hour for my ride without any update. Saurabh will single handedly bring the business down for this location lol . And yeah i will submit the feedback on enterprise wensite too so dont bother with the generic response to reply (unless it is also handled by chatbots or incompetent staff like Saurabh)
