  This location is very friendly and accommodating to what car we needed. Thank you to Shelby as well for calling us ahead of time that they have a van for my family.

  Worst Enterprise experience I’ve had. I’ve rented vehicles from multiple Enterprise locations across the city over the years, and this was by far the worst experience. Staff provided inconsistent information, contradicted one another on company policies, and handled what should have been a simple pickup in an unprofessional manner. The unnecessary delays caused us to be late for a scheduled airport pickup, and the issue was ultimately resolved using the exact solution that could have been offered from the beginning. If you’re choosing between Enterprise locations, I’d strongly recommend going to literally any other location in the city. Based on my experience, this one is not worth the frustration.

  Terrible service. Whoever was working July 31st at 11am, you were rude and unhelpful, offering no resolution to the situation and had to cancel my reservation as a result. Had great experiences at other locations with zero issues, will be avoiding this place at all cost.

  This location is probably worst location for customer service ive ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend this location. Try you luck at another location. Poor poor Sevice.

  Growing up, I was always told that every disappointment is a blessing in disguise. Looking back, I can honestly say that’s exactly what happened in my case. I was a loyal Enterprise customer and spent thousands of dollars renting from the Western Road location over the years. I never had any issues with the previous staff they were always professional, respectful, and made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, that changed when I had an interaction with the Assistant Branch Rental Manager, Hardik. I arrived polite and respectful, but I felt I was treated unfairly and experienced discriminatory behavior during our interaction. His attitude came across as rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, and the situation became so upsetting that I eventually raised my voice out of frustration. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the police were called to remove me. It was one of the most humiliating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Although that experience was incredibly disappointing, it ended up leading me to the Enterprise location on Toryork Drive. The team there has been absolutely amazing. They are patient, respectful, professional, and they genuinely make customers feel welcome and comfortable. Every interaction I’ve had with them has reminded me what excellent customer service should look like. While I’m grateful that this experience led me to a better location, I believe Enterprise should take a serious look into what is happening at the Western Road branch. Loyal customers deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism at every location. Thank you to the staff at the Toryork Drive location for restoring my confidence in Enterprise. You truly turned a disappointing experience into a positive one.
