    Tamir and Hakeem at Enterprise truly turned my entire experience around. After having a disappointing situation at another location to pickup my vehicle the day prior, I wasn’t expecting much, when i decided to drop off the car at a different location to avoid any further complications, but they completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right. They took the time to listen, understood my concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied. Their level of customer service is exactly what keeps long-time clients like myself loyal—I’ve been renting with Enterprise for over 8 years, and this was hands down my best experience yet. Tamir and Hakeem are a huge asset to the team, and because of them, I’ll continue choosing Enterprise with confidence. Highly recommend this location because of their exceptional service!
