  Outstanding experience at this Enterprise. The day I got my rental, I was given a Ford Bronco which I disliked a LOT. But as that was the only option that day I had to take it but they assured me to come back after the weekend as there would be a better selection. Sure enough I did and was given a choice of many vehicles; of which I selected a Mazda CX-5. Great car and truly made me comfortable driving for the 3 weeks I didn't have my car. Thank you to all on the team who made my experience a great one.!

  Enterprise alway makes it easy. It is quick to pick up and return the car. It was clean and had no strong odor. Very pleasant experience.

  Rented a vehicle and was involved in a collision. Purchased two types of insurance with the sales agent working at Enterprise. My credit card was charged $1193.00 for towing and $1092.00 for the deductible. Additionally, a $300.00 charge was added for a three day rental because the vehicle was impounded at an Enterprise location. Upon questioning Enterprise of the charges, they said I was charged with Stunt Driving and drinking. They had asked me to pay just under $10,000 for the damages and that I've been black listed from renting another vehicle from Enterprise. I had escalated this issue with head office and nothing was done by Enterprise. I had contacted a random Enterprise and was lucky to speak with a manager that was able to help me solve the issue. My rental privileges were given back to me and was not black listed anymore because of a mistake they made. They had told me that the claims department had messed up and were wrong to tell me I was charged with Stunt Driving and drinking. They had also told me that my $2585.00 that they had charged me cannot be credited back to me which I don't understand because I had insurance and did nothing unlawful. Why do I have to pay out of pocket and be black listed for an error Enterprise made? Would like to raise awareness on this issue and make people aware that they don'ttake accountabilityfor their actions. They will make an error and try to blame you for it!

  Dee Welcome was amazing! She made what could have been a really stressful situation so much easier. I rushed out of the house on the morning of my pickup and completely forgot my ID. By the time I got there and realized it, I thought my whole day was ruined.Dee was incredibly kind and understanding. She helped me reschedule my pickup and even offered me a ride to work, which I really appreciated.When I came back the next day, the exact car I wanted was ready and waiting for me. Dee and the team were so accommodating, and the whole pickup process was quick and easy.Thank you, Dee, for going above and beyond. Great customer service is hard to find, and you made a lasting impression!

  Bad experience after i had a employee named Arpit Sharma cancel my reservation at the North York center location after i refused to pay an extra security deposit while laughing about it, instead of him contacting the other branch and fixing the problem he used poor conflict resolution skills. He offered to rebook my reservation for an extra $100 which was a joke because i was not going to pay more for yos mistake. Enterprise also took back the rental after allowing me to use it for 4 months, If enterprise fixes this I will remove this comment.
