  The staff are very friendly, and there’s a wide selection of vehicles to choose from on-site. Picking up and returning the car is very convenient and fast, and the pricing is very reasonable.

  Nico in Hamilton and the gentleman at the Yorkdale location where I dropped off were all excellent! It was a very easy process with no hiccups.

  I have been a loyal customer for years and have generally had positive experiences but it was my first time renting from this location , which makes this recent rental especially disappointing.The vehicle I received appeared to have significant maintenance issues that should have been identified and addressed before being rented out. During my trip, the car did not perform as expected, creating unnecessary stress and concerns about reliability and safety. When customers rent a vehicle, they expect it to be properly inspected and maintained, and unfortunately that was not the case with this rental.What makes this experience frustrating is that I have trusted this company for years and have always appreciated their service. I understand that mechanical issues can happen, better maintenance and quality checks could have prevented this situation.I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves its vehicle inspection process. I would like to continue renting from them in the future, but this experience has certainly affected my confidence in the condition of their fleet.
