If I could give ZERO stars I would. I booked a four day rental for a Premium Crossover and was guaranteed either a Durango or Forerunner. After waiting 15 minutes in line due to staff shortage and disorganization, I was told the only vehicle they had available was a minivan - which I had already advised upon booking that I did not want. The gentleman did not apologize and had zero regard when I mentioned why I did not receive a phone call advising me that no Premium Crossover’s were available before pick up - absolutely unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM HERE.

Lately, I needed a rental car during my car repair between August 31 and September 11, 2026. My insurance company directed me to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Enterprise people did a courteous and professional job to meet my needs from pick up to return period. I would recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car to anybody who needs one.

The service provided by Enterprise in general, and by this specific location, is a complete mockery of the customer. There are countless issues that will completely ruin your day. They reserve cars without actual availability, rely on outdated processes that make you wait hours in line even after checking in online, and provide very old cars with questionable maintenance, flat tires, unpleasant odors, and poor cleanliness—you can't even tell if the car was washed. In other words, they don't inspect anything, they don't care about anything, and they just want to get rid of you as fast as possible, screw the rest. Some staff members are polite, while others aren't in the slightest, but they all seem to have given up on providing quality service because they simply can't manage all the problems. The blame lies with both the location's management and Enterprise in general, who have allowed car rental to devolve into this absolute disgrace.
