What should have been a quick and simple routine job turned into a nightmare.All four of my expensive Audi rims were returned to me with severe scratches running completely around the outer edges. The damage is identical on every single wheel, clearly caused by their tire changing equipment or careless operation.When I confronted the garage owners, they completely lacked professionalism and flatly declined to take responsibility. They expect me to believe that identical, freshly made structural scratches magically appeared on all four wheels at the exact same time by coincidence.Their handling of this situation was dismissive, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. If you care about your vehicle and expect basic accountability, avoid this establishment. I will never return and strongly recommend going elsewhere

This year they did some warranty work with the same efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop!
- TTTLMay 6, 20265.0I was traveling during tire season and had an intermittent engine misfire in cylinder 4. This shop was booked for a week but told me if I wait all day they will try and squeeze me in to take a look but no promise of fixing, they looked at the spark plug for me and told me it was fine and I replaced the coil, they couldn't do much more because it wouldn't misfire for them. I appreciated them squeezing me in because it ruled out the spark plug being the issue and they were VERY fair with price.
