  I had a great experience with Crystal and Pierre. From the moment I contacted them, Crystal was friendly, helpful, and made the process easy. Pierre was honest, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done with my car. I really appreciated the excellent service and the peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. The work was done efficiently.   wish this would've been a better review. I had spoken about getting a fuel filter change on my truck. I have the parts, they're MOPAR parts. I tend to try to buy the parts myself, 'cause it's ALWAYS cheaper than buying them at North Bay Chrsyler since 401 took over and jacked all the prices. so, I was quoted a half hour of labour (approx. $60+tx). I told them I had the parts, and Crystal not a problem. I figured I'd get my oil change done at the same time. this is where the BIG issue came in. so, no quote. I call back 3hrs later, still no quote. call back 1.5hrs alter, suddenly there's a surcharge to put the MOPAR fuel filters in, and STILL no quote for the oil change other than telling me the part is $121+tx for the oil filter. I tell them...I can get the filter for $101 after tax. still a surcharge to install the parts. this doesn't make sense. why charge to install a part you didn't have to purchase? to me, this is just adding a charge for the sake of adding a charge. so basically gouging. I'm not saying this place does that, but this is how it feels. needless to say, I won't be getting either job done there. as an update to the response....the parts I supply are brand new in box MOPAR parts that are specifically for my vehicle. when I booke dhte first appointment, I stated I had the parts and what they were. no extra charge was mentioned. suddenly later a charge is mentioned. no, won't be going there. ever. sorry. I like to support local businesses, but transparency is an important aspect of business as well as knowing what's going on, returning customer calls when stated, etc. lost a custoemr for good today.
