The manager at this branch is the best. There was a mix up when I tried to reserve a car. He immediately put me at ease and made my reservation right.

Habe in meinen Urlaub viele Autos gemietet. Hingefahren, gemietet, gefahren. So ging es in winnipeg, Thunder Bay, north bay. In parry Sound hab ich den Fehler gemacht 4 Tage vorher ein Auto über die App zu avisieren, von der App her auch alles super, vor Ort zum Termin, kein Auto, nichts. Konnte dann -20 km nach orillio fahren, da gabs dann die gewohnte Freundlichkeit und ein Auto.
