This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with a rental car company. Within minutes, the Enterprise team arranged to pick us up from the collision center, which was incredibly helpful. The paperwork and rental process were very smooth and hassle-free. We were provided with a neat, clean, and well-maintained vehicle with under 50,000 km and a full tank of fuel. David explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure we understood all the details before leaving. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a difficult situation much easier for us. I truly appreciate the outstanding service we received from Enterprise, especially David. Highly recommended!

The speakers were not working properly, which was especially frustrating because we had rented the car for a long road trip. Having music and audio during a long drive is an important part of the experience, and the faulty speakers made our trip less enjoyable and, honestly, quite boring. I would expect a rental vehicle to be properly inspected and maintained before being given to customers. I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously and ensures that the audio system and other basic features are checked before renting out vehicles.
