    The young man who helped us with the car was very nice and made sure the car was up to their standards. He had them vacuum the car again when he felt like it wasn’t just right. It was a quick pickup and quick drop off. Very happy with their services.

    This place is great! The vehicles are very clean, they smell great and the staff is impeccable! I needed to switch cars for a medical reason and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs. Very professional. The woman who works in the Niagara falls store is very kind and efficient. (Forgive me for not remembering her name 🥴) I am very happy we went here. Tracey A. Ross

    Renee and the team at Stanley Ave handle the busy times and give excellent service. They helped me out with my rental after my accident and even worked with me as I need the vehicle for a few more days. Easy and friendly. Thank you!

    Great experience. The system tried to charge extra due to a “late return” even though I set my return by later in the day. They immediately fixed it and all was great. Amazing service

    Booked a reservation and when I went to collect the car they didn't have any vehicles cz they were fully booked and when I said "but I received the confirmation on e-mail" their response was yeah we send them but we called you to tell you we didn't have any vehicles you probably didn't pick up. I had no calls in my log. And no voicemail.
