  I wish I could give a better review, however, this was a pretty disappointing experience. What was supposed to be around a 2 week repair turned into 2 months. Some of that was no fault of theirs, however, communication was basically non-existent. Additionally, the interior of our car was left with brown stains all over the roof and sticky spots around the dash area. I was expecting a 5 star experience based on other reviews but that didn't happen for us.

  Picked up my truck today. Found John and staff very helpful and courteous. Workmanship was excellent, and fast turn around took it in Monday picked it up Friday. Would highly recommend anybody needing autobody work to check them out.

  I was in an accident and had originally dealt with Carstar but wasn’t happy with the service, so I ended up contacting assured instead based on great recommendations from a few friends that have used them prior. When I got there I spoke with the manager Chris and he explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. As a woman it can be nerve wracking to go into these types of shops and he completely alleviated any anxiety and was so easy to deal with. The office was incredibly clean and I think newly renovated which made the experience feel even more high end. They said it would take 5 days to repair the car, and they ended up getting it back to me in 3 which was such a pleasant surprise. Also, they did a fantastic job detailing it and he even cleaned my rims!! 10/10 service. The team there is wonderful. Hopefully no more accidents but if so, I know where I’ll be coming again.

  Assured collision center is the place to go if your car is in need of repair from a collision. John and his crew really take care of their clients and go above and beyond to get the job done. Im glad I called them

  My experience was truly great, the people there are super awesome, very accommodating and will explain everything in detail so you know what you're getting. I would recommend these guy's 100%. I had a tree fall onto my vehicle and it looks brand spanking new now. Thanks again assured.
