Chris is unqualified and should never work on cars again. He messed up the install on my car and then blamed my car battery being dead as the reason for my car not starting, my car has never had a battery issue so I was suspicious (The battery was a new battery I got in 2025). I asked them to take a second look at the wiring and they simply took the device out of my car and told me to go to a different mechanic. After lots of time and money we realized that Chris had shorted wires and re-installed everything incorrectly. This company is terrible and stay away if you can they are completely unreliable and will cost you far more time and money than you plan.

***Please STAY AWAY*** from this shop, if you don't like to get distracted, ripped off and disappointed. The most rude and vicious people I have met in 44 years of my life. What they offer is offered by other shops a town over in each direction. Wish I could give zero stars.

Very impolite personnel. The manager will do anything in his power to make you angry and cause you trouble. I suggest the residents of Aurora and new market to drive a little more and use the center next town. You normally are facing enough headaches when dealing with you DUI conviction and dealing with these abusive persons is the last thing you want when you start your day.
