I went with my friend to support her during the appointment, and Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful throughout the whole process. Very impolite personnel. The manager will do anything in his power to make you angry and cause you trouble. I suggest the residents of Aurora and new market to drive a little more and use the center next town. You normally are facing enough headaches when dealing with you DUI conviction and dealing with these abusive persons is the last thing you want when you start your day.

Have had to reset my device because they didn’t reset my service period. I got locked out due to their error and still had to pay $85. I ate pizza, blew and failed, blew again, passed- another $85. I was told I could get a refund for the first reset and the money would come off my second appointment. ( they never took the money off) I asked them why and they said they had no knowledge of a refund. Criminals. Device will not work in cold. Please bring inside, but wait till the 2:00 restart timer ends because sometimes they sneak an extra blow in during that countdown.

Total scam from the start the have all the amounts and everything you go over paperwork and costs but that's not the actual costs you are charged. So right from the beginning you are told the installation cost and shop fees. They just want you to sign to agree then you get hit with special installation fees and and extra time to do that installation. Even tho there paperwork clearly states special installation is for company vehicles and not personal. Then the device doesn't work in the cold hardly ever takes extra 45 minutesto read and start up. I bring it inside every night and gives you nothing but problems. However there a smart idol feature that cost extra, it doesn't work 1st your car has to be fully running to use this feature! if it won't start how are you spouse to put it in that mode to warm up your vehicle? 2nd once the vehicle is in this mode regardless you have to sit in the vehicle the entire time all winter everyday. You have to blow every 15 minutes into device. Each missed blow is $114. Three missed and the device locks you out has to tow it to a shop so be careful. If the device itself is messed up. I had 3 that had no sound just a l.e.d light to indicate to blow no sound and it's still your fault for not blowing and $100 for the error code ontop of the service fee next time you are in shop and they say just request a refund online (never gets approved always denied). You also have to play broken phone to get any trouble shooting or appointments made. You aren't allowed to call the shop directly and ask a mechanic? you have to call smartstart and talk to people that have no idea about vehicles and they try to explain to the shop what you have told them... super annoying I was told by an operator to just unplug my battery and try to reset the device unplug it but right on the paperwork they give you and the class you take tells you that is tampering and a serious offense, you will be definitely charged and looking at further punishment court time bunch of other problems extend time on your sentence. Possibly license suspended. The device always is on it constantly draws power from your battery so I recommend trickle charging it. If it loses power it gives an error fault code same as a messed blow yep $100. I had it kill a new 3 month old battery 4 times. I would completely charge it and couldn't figure out why my vehicle was dead. Had a buddy use voltmeter it has a constant power draw.
