  I was very pleased with the service at Assured. They were in contact to update me on my repair whenever there was a change. Amy was very professional and appreciated her explaining the steps that would take place. My car looks like new! Thank you!

  I’m so grateful to have been referred to Assured Newmarket! Kim was wonderful and got me an immediate appointment, while also being so clear about timelines and what to expect. Daniela was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and kept me consistently updated throughout the repair process. She made working with insurance and Enterprise incredibly easy and stress-free. The repair itself was excellent, and I’m extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend Assured Newmarket!

  Had my car into Assured Newmarket Collision. Received it back with all items repaired, as well the tech noticed the hood latch not functioning, no doubt the cause of problem and that was replaced as well. Exceptional updates with "where we are" so I could establish time lines elsewhere which was very appreciated, not normal in today's day without client chasing. The folks in the back of the house did great work, Daniela Carlucci was terrific at updating me on progress. Great team, Great work.

  This was the second time I brought my vehicle to Assured Automotive for extensive body repairs. The repair work was solid, but the customer service experience ultimately came down to my estimator, Daniela. Having worked with her during my previous repair, I knew Daniela was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions promptly, and quickly handled a few minor trim adjustments after pickup. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping her customers are truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my initial experience with this claim was frustrating. It took over two weeks to coordinate with insurance and get my vehicle into the shop, and communication was strained. Once my file was transferred to Daniela, however, the process improved significantly. Her professionalism and customer-focused approach are exactly what you hope for when dealing with a stressful repair. Daniela is a tremendous asset to Assured Automotive. Without her, this would have been a very different review.
