  My car came back in better condition inside and outside than how I left it lol. The repairs are flawless and Daniela was an absolute pleasure to engage with. She was pleasant and professional. There was another woman at the front as well whose name I forgot to get but she was lovely as well. The entire process was stress free and I was even able to get my car back a day earlier than expected and it was even detailed!! Thank you so much!

  Very professional and seamless service. After being rear-ended I was very concerned about my recently late husband's military stickers on the rear hatch glass being lost. Daniela was amazing in ensuring that the glass and stickers were retained and kept safe, totally understanding my request, with the rest of the staff assisting in my concern and I was so pleased when it was reinstated at the end of the repairs. I was kept informed and advised of progress and any status change during the entire time via call and emails from Daniela. There was never a need to chase information and Daniela was excellent in liaising with the insurance and car hire company, never needing to chase any information by any of the parties everyone knowing exactly what was going on. When testing the car they identified that the alternator was draining the battery, they arranged for testing which confirmed their suspicions. Daniela was genuinely concerned that I would drive the car away and then have the battery and car die on me. With this advance advise I was able to coordinate the car's collection, on to my regular auto shop once the collision repairs were done. The repairs were amazing really pleased with them. Daniela's attention to custom care was faultless, and I was only one of numerous customs she was assisting. Excellent service and my two 'drama's' were dealt with faultlessly by Daniela. Kudos to the Assured team and Daniela for a painless experience.
