  Stay away at all costs. I had a reservation booked for weeks and when I showed up they said “sorry theres no cars available”, despite having a reservation they said it’s not their problem. Terrible customer service, stay away! Ill be passing this on to the insurance provider never to book enterprise again.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Called this place after a turkey hit our windshield and left us without a vehicle while it is in the shop. Our insurance set it up so that we could go and pick up a rental until our windshield was repaired. Prior to driving well over an hour to get to this location at 550 Dealership drive I called ahead to make sure they had a vehicle for us and to confirm everything we needed to bring as I have never filed a claim before. I was told as long as we brought our licenses and either of our credit cards for the security hold we were good to go. When we arrived we met with a gentlemen (never got his name but he was darker skinned) who was very rude right off the bat. We provided our license and credit card but since the credit card belonged to me and wasn’t tied directly to my partners name who is the primary driver, he refused to let us use it. As soon as I took out my card not understanding it needed to be my partners, he said “No I’m not helping you, I’m not putting my job at risk to help you” I was confused as to where that statement came from as all I did was ask if I could use my card for the security hold as I’ve never filed a claim and had to get a rental car….this was one of the first things he said to us out of nowhere!! I just looked at him trying to understand why he had said “he wasn’t risking his job for us” we never in any capacity said anything to trigger a comment like that. I literally just took out my card and he responded like that. When I asked why I couldn’t use my card, he stated he had already explained the credit card needed to belong specifically to my partner over the phone before driving all the way there in order to pickup the car (he never said that) but fair enough I can understand that. So I then asked if we could use a debit card tied to my partners name instead and he refused. He said we can’t do that it’s store policy and immediately took the tablet away and said he couldn’t help us. Sure enough I did some googling and called another enterprise location who surprise surprise! They said of course they accept Debit! For the security hold It’s even listed on their website as policy that they accept debit! Overall, he made a stressful situation worse for us as I had to get a friend to drive me that hour and a half to this location. He was rude, had no empathy in his customer service skills and flat out doesn’t even know the policy of his company that he works for. Either that, or he’s downright lazy! I had to get driven 20 minuets to another location but it was well worth it for the customer service I received elsewhere!

  Excellent service, clean car, quick professional staff. I've rented multiple times from this location and will continue to so as needed in the future.

  Horrible experience at this location due entirely to the manager, Ahmed Kochi. I have never encountered a manager so incredibly rude, aggressive, and hostile toward paying customers. Instead of resolving a basic issue professionally, he was completely disrespectful, raised his voice, and behaved in an incredibly defensive, immature manner. He clearly lacks basic communication skills and customer service etiquette. I will never bring my business back to this branch, and I highly recommend avoiding it until corporate addresses his toxic management style.

  I do not recommend this location. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. When I picked up the vehicle, it was still dirty, and throughout my rental period, numerous warning lights and maintenance notifications appeared on the dashboard. However, the biggest issue was the customer service. Prior to returning the vehicle, I was promised a discount as compensation for the inconvenience. When I arrived to return the vehicle, I was told I would receive the discount, then as I left he asked for a 5 star review. I explained that I did not feel comfortable giving a 5-star rating given the issues I had experienced, but that I would leave an honest and fair review. At that point, I was told, "Well, I can't give you a discount." The interaction quickly became unprofessional. The representative was rude, argumentative, and had no problem confronting me in front of other customers and staff. It was clear that the promised discount was contingent upon providing a positive review rather than being genuine compensation for the problems I experienced. Based on my experience, I do not believe this business operates with the level of honesty and professionalism that customers should expect. I also felt that male customers were treated with more respect and consideration than female customers as I witnessed with other customers.
