- HSHARVEY G SAMPSONAug 25, 20265.0We were looking to rent for a 2 day trip and enterprise was much cheaper than we were expecting. We got a 2025 Mazda 3 which was a great car to do it in. Maggie the associate was incredibly polite and friendly and professional and went over everything about the car before we left. We called her with a question while on the road and she was extremely helpful. She also called us the next day just to make sure everything was going well. We did have a couple very small issues, nothing life threatening or dangerous just mildly irritating which we mentioned just to let her know. The next day after we got home we received a call from Jessica at customer service who had been told about the issues. We told her it wasn't a big deal and we just let them know so they could let whoever did the detailing be more aware and we were not upset at all as maybe he or she was just having a bad day. Jessica still gave us an amazing refund stating even tho we weren't upset she wanted to make sure we were happy. I would 1000% rent from them again.
