The team at the Enterprise branch on Robertson Road is truly exceptional. They’re fast, attentive, and consistently make customers feel like a priority. I will specifically recall names like Aiden , Abby etc — I’ve been working with them for a long time, and every time I plan a long trip, this is the only location I trust.
Even though Costco shows me comparisons across multiple rental providers, I always choose this branch because I know exactly the level of care I’ll receive. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire team and the way they treat me as a valued client.
Honestly, if it were up to me, I’d keep this location a secret because the customer service here is that good. But they deserve every bit of recognition. If this feedback helps in their appraisals, I’ll be the happiest customer.

Second time in two years dealing with Enterprise at Bells Corners, and somehow the customer service has managed to get even worse. Unfortunately there is not an
option to give negative stars.
My vehicle went in for repairs and my insurance arranged a rental. I was offered a choice between a Hyundai Venue and a Nissan Kicks—both significantly smaller than my own vehicle. I immediately pointed out that they were far too cramped, especially since I was heading out of town for the weekend and needed the extra space. To their credit, they initially said they could likely find something more suitable and asked me to call back later in the week.
That’s when the comedy routine began.
I called Thursday and was told to call Friday at 11 a.m. At 11 a.m., I was told to call back at 3 p.m. At 3 p.m., I was told to call back in an hour. At 4 p.m., I was informed there was nothing they could do and that I should try after the long weekend.
So after spending two days being bounced around like a telemarketer, the grand solution was essentially, Good luck.
What was most disappointing wasn’t that they didn’t have a larger vehicle available—it was the complete lack of effort. No offer to check nearby locations. No attempt to find an alternative. No proactive customer service whatsoever. Just repeated delays until it was too late to do anything.
I’m genuinely amazed this branch survives in such a competitive market. Then again, I suppose when people need rental cars, they don’t always have much choice.
If you’re looking for great customer service, keep driving. In fact, drive in the opposite direction of this location.

The car was clean and worked perfectly. The staff were very helpful and carefully explained everything I needed to know. I appreciate that the car was available shortly after it was requested.
Abigail and Wiley provided outstanding customer service. However, like many rental car companies, they sometimes don’t fill the tank when you pick up the vehicle. They tell you to bring it back the same way. This happened to me, but as a consumer, I haven’t figured out the math to fill it up and return it the same way I received it. In this case, I did return it full.

I liked the way I was treated at this Enterprise location, the staff were professional, friendly, and polite. They helped me finalize the rental quickly for the pickup, then when I came for the delivery, it didn't take more than 2 minutes with smiles on faces.
I recommend this location.
