- ASAshu SharmaJul 3, 20261.0I'm a regular customer with great Canadian oil change, although it was my second visit to this location. I recently had a coolant flush done on my car as regular maintenance, and they topped off my coolant without my permission with non original coolant. The dealership told me it's unethical to mix liquids and a mechanic advised me to get another coolant flush. I emailed the owner with proof and he kept insisting that the coolant they added was compatible with my car even though the dealership told me it was unethical of them to mix liquids. I lost money for no reason because of them and they shouldn't be messing around with sensitive fluids like coolants in the first place. At the end, no compensation whatsoever from the owner, just denials and lack of accountability. They made a simple oil change experience into something I never expected, with me wasting time and money getting another coolant flush at the dealership.

He immediately ordered one and it arrived the same day. He provided me with amazing customer service experience. You can really tell he cares and wants to help. 10 stars!

I will only be dealing with this location, he and the team are trustworthy and hard working. I would give more stars if I could.

To reply: the issue isn't that you didn't have the item in stock - the issue you made me wait 30 minutes, only to tell me then you didn't have it.
