Broke off two bolts trying to take off the skid plate and couldn’t fix them. Told us we would have to go to Toyota to get the broken bolts out. Just paid $50,000 less than a month ago and it really wasn’t even in need of an oil change yet. Will never return to this location again. Skid plate is barely hanging on now on our brand new truck.

He also checked my tire pressure windshield wipers, indicator lights and topped up my wiper fluid. No charge for any of this excellent and friendly service.
