  Overall I was happy with the rental experience however the car was dirty, unwashed and had not been cleaned inside. The carpets wre dirty and the were fries under the driver's seat. Not a good first impression. The agent from National was not available at the kiosk, and so there is no opportunity to complain on site. We received our car from an agent of another rental agency who was covering.

  National never disappoints..tried out location near by in Hamilton and customer service was superb got in a vehicle in a timely manner ..will be my go to spot for rental

  Zero star if possible I initially reserved a GMC but was given a Ford Explorer instead. Although this was not the vehicle I booked, I accepted it without complaint. I was instructed to return the vehicle with a full tank. However, when I entered the vehicle, the fuel gauge showed only approximately 490 km to empty—nowhere near a full tank. I immediately returned to the counter to report the discrepancy, but instead of resolving it, I was told to email the manager, one MR Singh which I did but no response. This dismissive response left me feeling that the situation was deliberate and that no one intended to take responsibility. Despite receiving the vehicle with significantly less than a full tank, I returned it completely full. I did so only because I had no reliable way to calculate exactly how much fuel was needed to restore it to the level at which I received it. As a result, I was forced to pay for fuel that National should have provided in the first place. This experience was dishonest, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I have rented from Enterprise without encountering this type of behaviour. I will never rent from National again, and I strongly advise customers to photograph the fuel gauge before leaving this location when when dealing with.. The way this matter was handled has destroyed any trust I had in National.

  The Enterprise team at the Hamilton Airport was prompt, courteous, friendly and very helpful. I will recommend them any day👍🏾
