  We used Enterprise at the airport in Hamilton, Ontario. Right from the start, I was treated with courtesy and the customer service was excellent. We were also able to easily modify our rental through the text communication that was sent. I got a rate that was better than I anticipated too, so that was a nice bonus. I will use them again when I'm traveling. I've heard Lots about car rental places and some headaches but this place had absolutely none! Highly recommend.

  Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had with enterprise is at the airport. I would highly not recommend coming here. I had my funds ready. I had everything to go, My ID insurance and everything you need to rent a car and the guy decided not to check about my card which was a Visa debit card, but apparently they don't accept that and continues to rub in my face that he went out in the rain to clean the car In 15 minutes which we know the cars are not even dirty 95% of the time because people don't wanna deal with them taking their own deposit away from them. I rented Car Multiple times even last time I made a booking online I Was on my way to enterprise to pick up my car 1 hour and 45 min drive just for them to call me last minute and told me that we don't have anything available for you. After I had confirmation ready they told me they are 16 vehicles behind and on top of all that You have to come in 2 to 3 days because of the holiday. And all the go could say at the end after wasting all my time is I'm sorry I should've checked before beforehand Anyways ended up taking $150 Uber home because they could just simply not deal with me. I will never be coming back to this airport again. Oh PS before they did all this to me after making me wait I had to hassle the guy for a discount and only gave me $10 discount. I needed a car the same day and now I have to wait two more days. Had to cancel my trip had to cancel my flight to Toronto air port had to cancel. Everything cost me over $1000 in losses thank you very much enterprise

  We were upgraded to the next size up AND it was brand new (13 km on it!). The people at the counter in Hamilton Airport were very helpful. (Thank you Charlene & Victor). We'd use Enterprise next time, for sure.

  Victor - you get a 4 Star, you didn’t know the rental was nasty and smelly, but I still would have trusted you to know your inventory and its status. And the vehicle we got was pathetic, we reserved a standard SUV, and we got a run-down Nissan. Hayden - you get a 2 Star. No hello, no customer centric service, just rude and dismissive. I get it, you were working alone and you had things to do in that moment. I trust it wasn’t your intention to ignore me at first or to be rude, but it was how you came across. All I wanted was to politely ask who I could deliver feedback to regarding issues with the reservation. I was met with a ‘I have flight landing, and I have reservations to get ready, what do you need?’ I’ll leave it here. We’re all learning and I know the management here will provide the feedback needed.
