  Very disappointing experience. I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, but the rental office was unattended. I had to call the employee, who said he would arrive in 15 minutes. After waiting, another customer called him and he said it would be another 15 minutes. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes just to pick up my rental. This completely disrupted my early morning travel plans and caused unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, my security deposit wasn’t refunded until 4 days later. If customers are expected to arrive on time, the staff should be there as well. This experience was unprofessional, inconvenient, and not what I expected from Enterprise. I hope they improve their customer service and ensure employees are present during business hours.

  The car was great and the service was nice! But I'd put in your description how much your deposit is (was 400 cad for me) and id also put in your description how much your under 25 charge is because for 50 dollars I could have just used Uber. I only booked a rental because it was supposed to be cheaper then using a driving service! (Im 24 and it was my first time renting a car since I own my own and never had to before!) I was so tired after my flight i had to move all my money onto my credit card just to pay the deposit luckily I had cash for food for the few days!
