  For a single day rental, they reported 5 new damages that I didn't cause. Even though I handed over the car to the employee and he confirmed everything is fine. They claimed $800 for Toyota Prius wheel scratch. If they don't drop this case, I'm taking it to the court. If anyone got the similar claims, let's file it together. Court fee is only $108.   I had a very positive experience with SIXT and would definitely rent from this location again. A special thank you to the manager, Josh, who was extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. I had originally booked a Ford Expedition MAX but received a regular Expedition Active. When I mentioned this to Josh, he immediately acknowledged the difference and assured me that he would make the appropriate adjustment. I really appreciated how professionally and fairly he handled it. The overall rental process was smooth as well. I picked up the vehicle on August 18 and returned it on August 27, and the rental period was handled fairly and accurately. Excellent customer service and a very good overall experience. Thank you to Josh and the SIXT team. I would happily rent from them again.

  Our experience at Sixt Denver was very positive overall. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the start, and we were given a BMW 3 Series that looked great. However, after driving for a short time, we noticed the windshield rattling and the head‑up display appearing blurry and oddly reflected — likely the result of a previous repair or replacement that hadn’t been done correctly. We returned to the branch, and the team handled everything smoothly. After a brief wait, they provided us with a different vehicle and even upgraded us to a BMW 4 Series without any additional charge. The support we received from Paul M. was exceptional — he was attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a car we would enjoy driving. His customer service made all the difference. Sixt Denver showed how good service can turn a small problem into a great overall experience.

  I searched each and every website and app before I decided to go with SIXT and I think it was a great decision. The car collection, the pricing, the staff, the car itself, the whole experience was smooth and fantastic. Their all inclusive insurance along with the unlimited mileage gives you so much peace of mind. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful and exciting car rental experience.

  **Extremely Disappointing Experience with SIXT — Beware of Hidden Charges** I rented a car from SIXT for 20 days and returned it on time. The vehicle was in good condition and, to the best of my knowledge, was clean when I returned it. I was only **20 minutes late**, yet SIXT charged me an additional **$50** for the delay. The most frustrating part is that they also **refused to return my deposit**, claiming that the car was dirty. I strongly disagree with this claim. I personally remember returning the vehicle in a clean and reasonable condition, and I would never have expected this kind of treatment. What makes this even worse is that I have been calling SIXT for approximately **45 days** trying to get my deposit back. After waiting nearly **two months**, I was simply told that the car was considered dirty and that they would not return my money. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If there was an issue with the vehicle, why did it take almost two months to communicate this to me? Why was I not properly informed or given clear evidence of the alleged damage/cleaning issue? I rented the car for 20 days, returned it, paid their additional $50 charge for being only 20 minutes late, and still ended up fighting for my deposit. **I am extremely disappointed with SIXT and their customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before renting from this company.** The way this situation has been handled has been unfair, frustrating, and completely unsatisfying. SIXT needs to seriously improve its transparency, communication, and treatment of customers. Customers should not have to spend weeks calling just to get answers about their own money.
