  Booking, collecting and returning the car to terminal 3 of Toronto YYZ airport was very smooth, for someone who rarely travels. The car was detailed to a high standard, ok the seat which VW use not as comfortable as I would have liked for driving two hours plus, but that's not on National

  The lady at the booth today was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL at the booth where Emerald club members can pick up the car in Terminal-1. I rent car from this location every week for work and I hold the Executive Elite status, the highest tier that National has for their members. The employee at the booth today was disrespectful and unwelcoming and made my experience today unpleasant. This is not a one time incident, I am writing this after repeated attitude at the booth, please consider having better representation at the booth.

  I had a great experience with National Car Rental at Toronto Pearson International Airport, thanks to Chantel, the manager. When the maintenance light came on in my original rental, I returned it to the location for assistance. Despite being completely sold out that weekend, Chantel went above and beyond to find a replacement vehicle that comfortably accommodated my large party and all of our luggage. The replacement vehicle ended up being perfect for our group and became a great part of our trip.. we never had to worry about having enough space for everyone or our belongings. I truly appreciate Chantel’s kindness, professionalism, and determination to make sure we were taken care of. She turned a potentially stressful situation into an incredibly positive experience. Thanks to her exceptional service, I will definitely choose National again!

  I booked a full sized SUV from Toronto Pearson Airport for 11 days. The vehicle I was given was a Chevrolet Tahoe 8 seater which I was extremely happy with. The car was clean and the staff were very friendly. Absolutely zero issues using National (this was my first time using National after years of using one of their competitors). Highly recommended and I will definitely use National again. Thank you for everything National team 😃
