  Horrible experience! Nothing on the paperwork was actually discussed and just told me to sign certain spots. Didn't say anything about a drop box being at a different building so when I dropped of car and I put the keys in the fuel door. By the time I landed after my flight I was already charged $521 for them to make a new key when I was still paying for the vehicle for another 24hrs. I'd run away from this place instead of walking. Still charged me for the whole next day rate after dropping off car a day early. I'd give zero stars if possible!!

  Excellent service on recent trip to Toronto. Nima Tabrizi was very helpful to me. The office got busy but they never got flustered and were polite and patient with many customers as I waited. I missed the last shuttle to airport and got taxi instead, which wasn’t that expensive and saved hassle of getting the train. To find the office was a bit confusing to me because of the instructions. But getting the phone once I found the train and got off was simple and I waited ten minutes for shuttle to turn up

  This company is a SCAM, the experience sucked from start to finish. 0/10, would avoid at all costs. Sincerely wish i check reviews first. I rent cars all around the world and this was the worst experience i have had with any rental company, including those in Third world countries, with language barriers. Where to begin? The Airport location is OFFSITE. — usually its fine, they have shuttles and/or instruction's. Well good luck with that. 1. They don’t answer the phone regardless of time of day. 2. No shuttle will come, and there is no designated location for shuttle to pick you up. 3. Customer service advice was wait by arrivals and look around. I opted for an uber after 45 mins of waiting. Add $20 to the rental price. Incompetent rude staff. — Upon arrival you are not greeted by anyone , instead you have to listen to two middle aged guys, that clearly hate their job, bicker between themselves and be rude to other customers. The pace was glacial. I cant think of any reason they would be dragging their feet the way they were, it was painful. If there are other people waiting in line, just leave. Especially if you do not have reservation, you will be waiting for nothing. Consider yourself lucky for Hidden fees — its irrelevant what you rental agreement says they will try to gaslight you into charges via fine print before you even pick up car. Km fees, deposit fees, cleaning even BEFORE you take car, I cant imagine what happens AFTER! Cancellations — If you book through a 3rd party, the third party will need to contact them to verify, good luck. They have 10 days to ignore you/them and they will. If i find the time, i might even sue these people so nobody else experiences this. SHAME.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Location and Terrible Service I am incredibly unsatisfied with Green Motion Toronto. If you are renting a car, be aware that they are not located inside the airport like Enterprise or Avis. They are far away, and I had to pay for an expensive Uber just to get to their facility. To make matters worse, their operating hours and policies are completely unrealistic for travelers. They closed at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Even though they claim they were at the counter until 7:00 PM, I was physically at their facility at 6:00 PM and absolutely no one was there. They expect customers to somehow predict and give advance notice for flight delays, which is ridiculous.

  I rented locally, I was able to provide their required documentation and got the reserved vehicle in excellent condition. I'm giving 3 stars as they asked me to sign a contract without them verifying the car. The contract said the car was on a ful tank and not damage, also stated the Mileage at delivery. When I got the key and review the car, it was not on a full tank, there were scratches not accounted for and had 150 km more than what they contract said. I had 200km per day, so right there I was looking almost one day. I went back to the counter and was asked to take a video as proof. So, it is your responsibility to verify all those details, otherwise they will charge you with a full tank of gas, the additional KM and the prior damages. On delivery I have to show the video, and they took my phone to validate the date and time, so looks to me they were trying to see if there was any way they can get me to pay extra, but as I had proof they just let me go without any extra charge. So, be aware.
