  Green motion is located 10 minutes from the airport. They provide a shuttle from Viscount station. We used some points from CIBC credit card which then went through Expedia. Having the confirmation email from Expedia in the name of the driver is important. There was some confusion on my part about insurance coverage. The person I initially dealt with was let's say "lacking in customer service skills" but then the supervisor Nima heard the conversations and clarified, in a calm and helpful way, what was needed and it all went well after that. Thank you to Nima. If you are using a credit card for the car insurance make sure the name is the same on the card as the rental reservation. You can also check your personal car insurance as many cover rental car services.

  I had an excellent experience with Green Motion Car and Van Rental. The service was professional, friendly, and very smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Nima Tabrizi for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, respectful, professional, and made the entire rental process easy and comfortable. I truly appreciated his kindness, attention to detail, and the way he treated us as customers. It is always great to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing good service, and Nima definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Green Motion, especially Nima, to anyone looking for professional and reliable car rental service.   Greenmotion ist ein bisschen außerhalb, aber es wird ein gut funktionierender Shuttle zum Flughafen Link Train angeboten. Der Preis ist intransparent und das Personal unfreundlich. Plant euch mehr Zeit ein. Unbedingt frühzeitig angeben wann ihr ankommt. Die Angestellten schließen sonst ab und gehen. Das ist einem Mann nach uns passiert. Das Auto war stark verdreckt innen. (Klebrige Flecken. Hier wurde nie geputzt)

  I probably should have done a bit more research ahead of time and realized that the rental car pickup location was not actually at the airport. That said, the car itself was good, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. My biggest disappointment was finding out that the rental location was a train ride and shuttle away from the airport. This added approximately 30–45 minutes to my pickup time. Returning the car was also a bit challenging, so I ultimately found my own way back to the airport terminal to save time. I would definitely recommend paying close attention to the pickup and drop-off details when booking. It would be much more convenient if there were more than one shuttle running back and forth, and ideally, if the shuttle could drop passengers directly at the terminal they need. Overall, the car and service were good, but the off-airport location and shuttle process were less convenient than I expected.
