  An absolute scam of a process. I booked a rental through Booking.com and showed up at the counter, only for Green Motion to refuse to give me the car because I have an Ontario G2 license. While major companies like Hertz and Avis gladly accept a G2, Green Motion hides behind a strict "full license only" policy. I was entirely willing to comply with their rules, but instead of a refund, they kept $81 of my hard-earned money for a service they refused to provide. Now, Booking.com claims they aren't responsible, and Green Motion claims they never took the money. Total finger-pointing and zero accountability. They left me stranded without a vehicle, ruined my travel plans, and essentially stole my money. Avoid both of these companies and book directly with reputable suppliers.

  Avoid at all cost. Waited 30 mins for the shuttle when they said 10 mins when we called. Once we got to the rental agency, there’s only one staff there (“Alex” allegedly but could be a fake name) and a lineup that ended up being another hour of wait. We booked a 5 seater car through Expedia with clear reservation detail showing the car model but he insisted on giving us a tiny subcompact car that barely fits 4 people and tried to upsell us on a bigger car. We’ll now have to do a chargeback on this scamming company. The car is also very dirty only has half tank of gas.

  Very bad service Dont trust this guys because they asking more money about insurance, cross country rate and all. Online book is different price and they asking more money.Dont go here

  Wonderful customer service, helped us out in a pinch!! Explained everything in perfect detail including the tolls and extra possible fees! Shuttle driver was so lovely, offered us coffee inside! Saved the start of our trip !!!!!!!

  I had an excellent experience with this rental car company. The staff was knowledgeable, extremely polite, and went above and beyond by upgrading my vehicle at no extra cost. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to others.
