- MRMichael RealesMay 2, 20261.0Been here twice and last time was the worst. They check cabin filter but I said not to change it as I can do it by myself. They put it back but the filter was not put back properly. But the worst they did was they over tighten my oil filter cap thus it was hard to come off and broke into pieces. The next mechanic had no choice but to replace it costing me more $$. Avoid going here if you can, poor service with mediocre mechanic.

On the recommendation of my 82-year-old father, who has trusted this location with his Mercedes for years, I brought mine in and was not disappointed. I was greeted by Omid, who was polite, professional, and highly efficient. What stood out most was his constant communication throughout the service — something I genuinely appreciated. He demonstrated real integrity and care in his work…and my car. When my car required two filter replacements, Omid took the time to show me both the old and new filters, clearly explained the pricing, and waited for my approval before proceeding. That level of transparency is rare and speaks volumes about the quality of service here. In a “buyer beware” economy/era, this transparency goes above and beyond. I will absolutely be returning and will be requesting Omid going forward. An outstanding experience — easily ten stars.
