  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my oil changed and a full fuel system cleaner service done here, and I was genuinely impressed. The entire process was completed in under 10 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The staff was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Fast service, great customer care, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I can't believe how quick and easy it was. These guys are solid — highly recommend checking them out for yourself! 🚗💨

  I have been coming to this Great Canadian Oil Change location for over 8 years, and so has my family. Between our vehicles, we’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the years and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, one employee completely changed that. During my recent visit, Paul attempted to open my hood using pliers, which is something this location has done many times before due to an issue with my hood release cable. When he was unable to get the hood open, I completely understood and agreed that I would take the vehicle to a mechanic and come back another day. The issue was that after the attempts, my hood was left partially open and would not latch shut properly. My vehicle was continuously beeping and warning that the hood was open. Despite this, Paul’s solution was to tell me to drive the vehicle to Canadian Tire. As a mother with my infant twins in the back seat, I was extremely uncomfortable with that recommendation. Driving a vehicle with a hood that isn’t properly secured is a serious safety concern. It wasn’t until I called my mother and she questioned the situation that Paul eventually sought additional help and was able to get guidance on how to open the hood properly. What upset me most was Paul’s attitude throughout the situation. Rather than focusing on the safety concerns being raised, he told me that I was no longer welcome at the location because my mother had expressed frustration and concern over the phone. I remained respectful throughout the entire interaction and had done nothing wrong. After more than 8 years of loyalty, being told I was banned because a concerned family member questioned a safety issue was shocking and incredibly disrespectful. This review is not a reflection of the other staff members I have dealt with over the years. It is specifically about Paul’s poor judgment, lack of professionalism, and the way he handled what could have been a serious safety situation. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Update: Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved after additional guidance was sought. However, I believe customer safety should have been the priority from the beginning. That said, I do want to acknowledge Harry, the Area Manager, for taking the time to speak with me directly, investigate what happened, and address my concerns. He assured me that the situation would be used as a learning opportunity so that similar incidents are handled differently in the future. While I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled that day, I appreciate the professionalism and accountability shown afterward.

  Have gone here for years and never treated so rudely. Attendant took my money and disappeared. Didn't reset my dash panel after reset oil level and no sticker for windshield. Will never return.

  Over priced and uncharged for every little thing. Find a good mechanic that can do things at standard rates.

  Got my oil change done here and had a great experience. The service was quick, efficient, and super straightforward—no unnecessary upselling or long wait times. The staff were friendly and professional, and they made the whole process really easy. Definitely coming back for my next service!
