- RRRoshandra RMay 12, 20265.0I just want to shout this Pilot/ Flying J out! I was skeptical at first cuz the review about someone’s trailer being stolen. Contrary to my initial belief, this location wasn’t bad at all. The staff are very pleasant people, and the showers are some of the cleanest I’ve been. The only thing I didn’t like was that customers don’t get points with their purchases, and bobtails have to pay to park. Both are the opposite here in America. Other than that, I like this location and I love their food. We don’t have beef patties and samosas at the locations here. lol The food was delicious.

Unfortunately, it ranks among the worst I have ever encountered. The employees on site appeared to be wasting drivers' time rather than assisting them efficiently. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the showers was completely unacceptable, showing a clear lack of proper maintenance and hygiene standards. As a professional driver operating under ELD regulations, time management is critical, and such inadequate service directly impacts my work schedule. The lack of proper training for your staff is evident, resulting in poor service quality that I find frustrating and unacceptable. If it were possible, I would rate my experience less than one star. I strongly advise against wasting your time at this location until significant improvements are made. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
