  We had a issue with our vehicle and needed service asap. This was the closest location to us and there was simply no one at the counter or in the building in general it was completely vacant. We waited for 20min and no one showed. Very disappointing, you should have enough staff to cover breaks. Your store front should never be left unattended especially when people spend hundreds of dollars renting vehicles from you.

  Quick pickup and return process. Clean, well maintained vehicle. Courtesy call one day in to the rental was appreciated and was a nice touch.
