  This is the WORST LOCATION EVER. Please do not go to this location. The staff is very rude and non co operative. In spite of a pick up reservation made across a insurance claim. They did not sent any one for the pick up for the whole day and when called they mentioned they don’t have any staff for pick up. If they don’t have a staff why do they accept pick up reservations. I would ask the co- operate office to take some DISCIPLINARY measures so that customer don’t face such non co—operative and negligent behaviour. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF Lisa: I’ll be informing Dejardian insurance company about this experience and conversation I had with the staff today. Also, will be recommending them not to get services from Enterprise for Rental services against insurance. This is highly unappreciated.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to Enterprise around 4:00 PM and was told my rental car would be ready between 5:15. I came back at 5:30 PM exactly as instructed, only to be left waiting with no proper update, no apology, and no rental car. They closed at 6:00 PM, wasting my time and leaving me without the vehicle I was promised. If you can’t provide a car when you say you will, don’t make customers come back for nothing. This level of poor communication and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
