  No bs, great service, renting is simple and fast, great customer communication. wide range of vehicles for many needs and wants, what more could you possibly want from a rental place?

  Very good but If you're in a rush or need a car at an exact specific time just avoid this branch; I booked for 12pm I finally got a car at 2pm and it was the same thing for everyone there, that wasn't a problem for me but it can definitely be for other people. They are always very busy, just to get to the counter you'll have to wait in line for 15+- minutes. If you're okay with waiting, the lady working there is very nice, always smiling and will try her best to accommodate you, they also have some good cars!

  Customer service was excellent. They were very patient and straight forward with costumers that were impatient. They were calm and cool. The communication between staff was friendly and looked like they like their work. My rental was perfect in what I needed until my car was fixed. It was clean and the gas was full. I recommend this location.

  Please I implore everyone to avoid this location. I went in yesterday just to pick up a car, and was Harassed, by a lady because the volume on my phone was too loud. She asked if I can lower the volume or leave the building. I didn’t like the tonality of her voice so I simple said if you don’t like it you can leave. She then escalated the situation by calling me names and I responded by telling her to “please lady leave me alone”. I even told the lady who worked at the front desk to have the lady leave me alone NUMEROUS times and she completely disregarded what I said. The person who worked the front desk at the time, her name is Michelle (Asian lady), I told her that the other customer is harassing me and she didn’t do anything whatsoever! Eventually things got louder and the manager “Sahil” (Indian man), came to the front addressed me to see what the problem was and I explained exactly what happened and I even told him to look at the cameras numerous times and yet while the customer who was harassing me and calling me names in the background, he (“Sahil”) threatened to deny me service by saying “do you want service here or not”. Trying to project me as the instigator. When I’m the one asking for Another customer to please leave me alone. It’s amazing how terrible the situation was handle by the staff at this location. Furthermore, after things “somewhat” dyed down, The same customer who was harassing me, decided to record me and escalate the situation even further. The manager (“Sahil”) still gave her service, didn't threaten her to deny her service, like how he did to me. I went in the corner and was quite until it was my turn to get the car, cause I just wanted to get out of that place as fast as possible, understanding that they are a sexist and discriminatory establishment. Eventually I found out that I was at the wrong location for my pick and my reservation was 10 mins the other direction, I was going to leave quickly and calmly. Then ONCE AGAIN, the other customer who LITERALLY INSTIGATED EVERYTHING, had some more disgusting remarks to say about me as I was proceeding to leave. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. Now I don’t want to pull the race card and all but roles reversed, I PROMISE you something would’ve be done a lot faster and the same lady “Michelle” made false allegations, saying how I harassed her, where I barley spoke to the LADY!! … AND IM THE ONE WHO WAS ASKING TO STOP BEING HARASSED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Moreover, avoid Michelle, at all cost, she lied about what happened and handled the matter poorly, I’ll make sure that there is a thorough investigation and this matter isn’t looked the other way. If legal action needs to be taken place, then I’ll do so. BECAUSE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS YESTERDAY!. The photo below will show the lady who continuously harassed me.
