  I’ve been renting from Enterprise for over 25 years, usually from airport locations. This time I used the 206 Dundas Street East location in Mississauga, and it was probably my best experience yet. Michelle Zou looked after me and was excellent. Calm, friendly, patient and very attentive. She made the whole process very pleasant. Great service and a very well run location.

  Needed a mini van for a small road trip. Michelle the assistant branch manager assisted me in doing so and she was friendly and easy going the entire time! Thanks Michelle.

  If I could give 6stars i would. The lady on the counter is a superhero. The way she worked out customers issues and complaints. Even though there was a few rude ones she dealt with everyone with ease. Hats off to her ill use this location any day. They even upgraded my car because the one I booked wasnt there.

  I want to thank you James for making my experience exceptionally amazing. Literally this guy went out of the way to help and make the process so easy. He should be given Raise for such phenomenal customer service. I am definitely going to go back to same location. PS- He did not say to give him a review. I wanted to appreciate and acknowledge his efforts.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service! I want to give a huge shout-out and recognition to Michael and James at the 206 Dundas Street East, Mississauga location for going truly above and beyond to take care of us. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They were very diligent, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the right vehicle for our needs. Their suggestive sales and excellent recommendation to upgrade from a Premium SUV to a Minivan turned out to be a fantastic decision and made our trip much more comfortable. What really stood out to me was how they handled our situation on Friday. For a moment, I honestly thought I was going to be late and would end up without a car, which would have created a major struggle for us. Michael went the extra mile and waited a few additional minutes for us, making sure everything worked out. That kind of understanding and customer-first attitude is rare and deserves to be recognized. They also could have simply provided us the car without it being fully cleaned or washed, but instead they handled everything with complete integrity and professionalism. They personally showed us existing scratches and chips on the vehicle and clearly explained them, reassuring us not to worry as they had already documented everything. That level of honesty and transparency really stood out and built a lot of trust. Both Michael and James worked very diligently to serve us, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the customer experience rather than simply completing a rental. Kudos and hats off to both of you! 👏👏 You made what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future car rentals and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for excellent service. Management — please recognize Michael and James for their outstanding work. They are a great representation of what exceptional customer service should look like! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
