  I rented a car through Enterprise at the Lester Pearson Airport in Toronto. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I had virtually no wait time when I went to pick up the vehicle. An Enterprise employee showed me some options that all cost about the same and gave me contact information should anything go wrong-a breakdown, an accident, etc. On the day of my return, it was somewhat busy, but they had a system for returning the car that was totally efficient. I would rent from Enterprise again.

  From booking to pick up to drop off I will not use any other vehicle rental company. I judge companies by the way they dealt with issues. I wish that I got his name but the rep on Friday, May 1st at 7:00am who made sure the specific rental met my booking and needs was a real professional. The person when dropped off the vehicle in the chaos that is the T.O. Airport on Thursday, May 14th at 2:00 was clam and polite. Thank you Enterprise!!!!

  I had a fantastic experience at this Enterprise location. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff was professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Returning the vehicle was just as easy—I was in and out in less than five minutes. Would definitely be renting from here when I’m back in Toronto.

  Night and day compared to my experiences with Enterprise UK airport locations. No fabricated damage to the vehicle, didn't claim the vehicle wasn't returned on time, professionals through and through from the pick up to the drop off.   I chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car because of its strong reputation for reliability, excellent customer service, and a wide selection of vehicles. From the moment I made the booking to the time I returned the car, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful in guiding me through the options to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The car was clean, well-maintained, and performed perfectly throughout my trip. I am completely satisfied with my experience. Everything was handled efficiently, and I truly felt valued as a customer. It was a perfect experience, and I would definitely choose Enterprise again in the future.
