    Excellent service from Toronto Pearson Airport T3. Fast friendly giving accurate info. Beautiful car we had unlimited mileage good job as we covered 1244 miles in 2 weeks! We took breakdown cover on arrival. The hire included fully comp ins and CDW. These are vital to have as accidents happen! Make sure you have them in place. Take no chances. Overall and amazing trip and the return was fast' Efficient and smooth. Car inspected in minutes. We also received a small discount as we returned an hour earlier than planned. Thank-you Enterprise Toronto!

    This was our first time renting a car in Canada. The process was quicker and easier than with other rental car companies we typically use. Shout-out to Jenise, who, at 22:30, welcomed all five of us to Canada and walked us out to our vehicle. She checked whether the car could accommodate our luggage and be comfortable enough for five adults. She even pulled the SUV out a bit so we could load our luggage. I have never had anyone escort us out and ensure the car would meet our travel requirements. Enterprise Pearson Airport Toronto, you did well hiring her. She is an asset to the company as a front-facing representative. I only hope the same is true here in the US, as we will switch to Enterprise next time to see if we get the same great service; I surely hope so.

    After wasting a lot of my time in phone calls and emails explaining that the parking ticket would have been disputed for the rental considering the fact that I had a city parking permit was dealt very poorly. My insurance apologized but this is such a classic example of corporate arrogance. The manager was rude, never cared to really listen to what I was saying and failed to send the cheque home that she promised. They made me pay additional fees with the citation all because no one cared to return my phone calls or emails after repeated my trying to resolve the situation. Pathetic management!

    I had one of the worst rental experiences of my life with Enterprise. I picked up the vehicle on Friday, June 26, 2026, expecting it to be safe and roadworthy. Instead, they gave me a car with serious brake problems. I drove all the way to Montreal, and controlling the vehicle was extremely difficult and frightening. I genuinely felt that my safety—and the safety of others on the road—was at risk. The vehicle eventually broke down in Montreal and had to be towed away. Since then, I have been waiting for answers, but no one has contacted me. I haven't received any meaningful support, explanation, or apology. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when the issue involves a potentially dangerous vehicle. A rental company has a responsibility to ensure every vehicle is properly inspected before handing over the keys. In my case, that responsibility was clearly not met. I would never rent from Enterprise again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company think twice before trusting them with their safety.

    This rating is for this specific Enterprise branch, not Enterprise as a whole. I’ve always had good experiences with other Enterprise locations and will continue renting from them. I called this branch four times before my pickup because I wanted to confirm whether paying by tap would work. I needed the payment to go on a Visa card that provides rental insurance. No one answered any of my calls. I contacted Enterprise customer service instead, and they confirmed that if tap was available, it should work. After taking the train to Pearson, I was met by the branch manager, Mo. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, especially in front of everyone waiting in the branch. When I explained that I had successfully rented from multiple Enterprise locations using tap before and that Enterprise customer service had also confirmed it would work, his response was, “If you had ever picked up a rental car before, you would know the chip has to be there.” I couldn’t believe I was being spoken to like that in front of other customers. It was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Thankfully, Joshua stepped in and made the rest of the experience much better. He was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Afterward, I called Enterprise customer service, and they handled the situation very well. They apologized for the manager’s behavior, acknowledged the incorrect information I had been given at the branch, and refunded the extra insurance charge I had paid. I appreciate how the issue was ultimately resolved, but because of how I was treated by the manager, I would never rent from this branch again. I still think highly of Enterprise as a company and will definitely continue renting from other Enterprise locations.
