- AMahad mehmoodAug 19, 20261.0Terrible experience with this location, was told multiple different answers by Hariprasad, I was hung up on multiple times really had to chase to get my vehicle swapped out. I was approved for a bigger vehicle and was told to take a compact SUV for now. Come back a couple days later and they can swap me out its been almost a week of chasing this branch and had a terrible experience. Had to call corporate and they were able to get me a reservation for a bigger vehicle within a 15 minute phone call. Terrible customer service at this location. had to escalate it to corporate.
- AGAntonio GonzalezAug 18, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at this car rental location. I went there and the guy (of Indian descent) treated us very poorly. He was already unwilling to do his job and refused to rent us a car, telling us that we had to go to the airport branch, which was false. We called another branch just 10 minutes away, and they were able to rent us a car without any problem. If he doesn’t want to work, then he shouldn’t show up to work. And it wasn’t just me, he had already turned down more than three customers before me.

- SISatish IvaturiAug 14, 20261.0Their staff is rude. They are not helpful at all. I think they are biased in their service too. For a corporate booking, they made us wait for almost an hour since we didn’t had our id with us. When it was raining cats and dogs, they made us go home and bring our rfid card which is of no use and accepted the corporate booking after showing our outlook, which we had offered to right from the moment we entered there. Also, carefully check the dashboard. When I returned it, the tank was full and it showed 615kms. I won’t recommend this to anyone.
