  I had a great first rental at the Woodbridge location but I just called to get a quote at Mill Creek. and this lady was like a bot. I have no idea what she did to help me at all. All I wanted was a price and all she did was confuse me. I felt like I was talking to a robot

  I had a great experience at Enterprise Streetsville, thanks to Brandon. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and took the time to recommend the Genesis GV70, which turned out to be a great choice. I really enjoyed driving the car and appreciated Brandon’s help throughout the process. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommend Brandon!

  Such a terrible experience. I went to pick up a vehicle that suited my needs. When going to look at the vehicle I noticed that the windows had water marks everywhere. With previous rental experience I had a hard time seeing through the windows when the sun is shining due to that same issue. I simply asked the lady if she could get a cloth to dry the windows. Which she did. I then noticed that the drivers window had a weird residue so I asked for the cloth and scrubbed it off myself. She then went back inside. I noticed that the other windows were still very dirty. So I went back In to ask if the windows could be properly cleaned so I could have a clear view when driving. The man at the counter came outside with me and was very rude with me saying that there will still be water marks and it will not be to my liking. I then said that it was fine and I would go have it cleaned myself. He refused to give me back the keys and said that he was terminating my rental. I asked how come he was doing that when I was only asking for the windows to be properly cleaned so I can have a safer driving experience. He claimed I was shouting at him and in front of other customers. This has been such a stressful situation. I called the enterprise main line to speak to a manager. I was then transferred to someone. When I began explaining my situation, they asked what my name was. Said they needed to call me back and then hung up. I called back the main line again to explain my situation again. They have now reported to the regional manager. I don’t feel I was treated fairly. I don’t feel like this location prioritized my safety and comfortability. For dealing with such a recent traumatic accident and then dealing with this issue I am very upset and stressed.

  My family and I have rented from this location for years without issue. But I had an interaction with someone who represented himself to be a manager - Vidoor - that will have me thinking twice before using this location in the future. Upon receiving a damaged vehicle from a different location, Enterprise instructed me to go to Millcreek to swap out my vehicle for another SUV that was being held there for me. When I called them directly first thing in the morning, I was assured that one was being held. I drove 45 minutes to the location and met Vidoor at the front desk. He was rude, dismissive, and all together unprofessional. He advised that there was no vehicle being held anymore and that I was “out of luck”. When I asked why one had not been held as I was told, and why I had not been notified one was no longer there, he told me that he had been too busy dealing with “real customers”. So having already paid for a vehicle, and already being in contract, no longer means you are worth any customer service to him, despite the fact that he acknowledges being told by the regional office to hold a car. His actions left me with no resolution, and caused me to miss the appointment that I rented the car to attend.

  Enterprise always has great customer service. This time they gave us a free upgrade to a larger vehicle during pickup. Reliable vehicle and everything was very smooth and it was more comfortable than the car we initially booked. Unlimited kilometres made things unrestricted and stress free
