  I've never rented a car from anywhere else, that speaks volume. The staff that I dealt with were professional with a friendly attitude. The car was clean, fueled and ready for me and the return was easy.

  Under staffed! Monday morning and only one poor woman working and about ten customers in the front entrance. Phones ringing off the hook. Then about a half hour wait till three more employees finally come hustling through the door like they had just stepped out for breakfast.

  Great experience and vehicle. My only criticism is how few staff were available Sunday morning to deal with the line up at opening. But beyond that, great customer service

  Had a great experience, rented an suv for 3 weeks through my insurance, the service was good until it came down tonthe gas consumption, but it was resolved, all and all I had a good experience.

  This was my first time renting a car through Enterprise after my car accident, and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. When I picked up the rental car on July 3, I purchased the optional protection only until July 7. I asked the employee three separate times whether the protection would continue after July 7, and each time I was clearly told that it would not. I was told that if I wanted to extend the optional protection, I would need to call or visit the office. My brother, who has lived in Canada for 19 years, was also on the phone and received the same confirmation from the employee. When I returned the rental car, I went to get my security deposit back. The front desk told me I had a pending balance because the optional protection had been automatically extended from July 3 to July 21. I was shocked because this was completely different from what I had been told. The employee spoke with the manager and then returned my security deposit, telling me, “This time we’ll give your deposit back, but be careful in the future because optional protection continues automatically.” If that’s really the policy, why wasn’t I told that from the beginning? There was also no clear mention in my rental paperwork that the optional protection would automatically continue. This isn’t about the money. It’s about being given incorrect information by the staff. Customers should receive clear and accurate explanations, especially first-time renters. I hope Enterprise improves its communication so other customers don’t have the same frustrating experience.
