  I recently had an excellent experience renting a very clean and excellent driving Toyota Camry from Enterprise Car Rental at the Dixie and 1475 Aerowood Drive location. Her name was Sam the customer service representative that I spoke to was able to schedule me in ahead for my pick up at my chosen body shop. She was very courteous and professional. So on the day of my vehicle repair I called Sam ahead for my pick up and not even in 5 minutes later I was picked up by Vincent who was an excellent driver and knowledgeable customer service representative as well. He explained to me the exact process on what will be happening next with my vehicle repairs and obtaining my car rental. Everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed dealing with Enterprise Car Rental and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you very much to Sam and Vincent for all of your help!

  The staff here are amazing. So friendly and they took the time to point out all the functionality in the car I rented. The car was spotless and new. A drop box for overnight car drop offs would be helpful, but I will be renting from this location again!

  I want to share my appreciation for the entire Enterprise team in Mississauga. They were incredibly accommodating throughout a lengthy process while I had a rental during my car repairs. Though the originally promised car wasn’t available, they gave me a great alternative. When I later needed a swap for specific safety features, the team handled it seamlessly. Even after a stone chip cracked the windshield, they responded promptly and kindly. I notified them right away and handled the insurance claim to avoid extra hassle, but they still made sure I had a replacement car immediately since the crack affected my view. Each time I interacted with them, everyone—from the folks ensuring I got to the repair shop, to the management team—was kind, polite, and professional. I hope I’m getting the name right—Sam, the manager, stood out for her kindness, but the entire team made the experience positive. Thank you all for making a tough situation so much easier!💕

The rental vehicle I received was excellent—clean, comfortable, and reliable. The coordination between Enterprise and my insurance company, Aviva, was seamless, making the entire transaction easy and stress-free.
