  We broke down this afternoon in Mississauga, home is 4 hours north… had to be home tonight. Didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman with the buzz cut, and trimmed beard was over and above helpful! We were on our way in 15 minutes. Outstanding customer service! 100%

  FYI before you rent! :) I was provided with a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. When I returned the vehicle, I was told that we had damaged the bumper, and the staff were adamant that we either go through insurance or pay for the damage directly. We explained that we had not caused the damage, but were told that it may have happened while the vehicle was parked or during the rental period. Fortunately, we had taken a video of the vehicle when we first received it, which clearly showed that the bumper damage was already present. After we raised this and asked them to review their records, they checked their own documentation/video and confirmed that the damage existed before the vehicle was provided to us. The issue has since been resolved, but the experience was frustrating and could have resulted in an unnecessary insurance claim or out-of-pocket payment. I would strongly recommend that the company complete its due diligence and review its own records before concluding that a customer is responsible for damage.

  This was my second time renting from the Aerowood Drive location. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, they even reached out to check-in mid-trip to make sure everything was running smoothly. I rented a Nissan Kicks and it was very clean, almost like new! I will definitely return to Enterprise and this location for future rentals when I am in Ontario. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

  Not a great experience at this location. I had to wait an hour after my reservation time To get put into a vehicle. I also did leave a item behind in the car and when I called to ask if it is there they didn’t even ask my name or the car I was in just said let me ask if anything came up and said nothing was found. I don’t feel like this representative went above and beyond to look for what I was requesting and I’m extremely disappointed

  I was very sceptical about renting from them after reading the negative reviews but I thought of giving it a try. I met Nitesh on arrival and he even helped me load my luggage in the car. Drop off was easy as well with the other staff member working at that time. Vehicle was nice and clean, worked well gave me no issues. The only thing I didn’t like was that the vehicle was an older model (2023) when Rental businesses usually carry newer vehicles. Other than that everything went great and I will definitely be renting a vehicle from them again in future.
