  Rented a vehicle from enterprise while my car was at a body shop for repair. As my car is a hybrid, I requested that my rental be a hybrid too, and I was accommodated. And everything went smoothly.

  Extremely bad experience - Before I was in Oakville and never had these kinda issues with Enterprise Oakville. Vehicles at this Wolfedale Mississauga location I guess not been checked regularly for safety. Everytime there is some issues with their vehicles and I have never provided my feedback but this time I am writing to make sure the manager does his duty properly. Enterprise car rental: 28 till 30 April 2026. 1. I was given half tank gas I returned 3/4 tank no compensation on this. 2. I picked up 1:10 pm instead of 12 pm and returned 11:00 am instead of 12 pm on 30 April no compensation on these hours. 3. There was a skidding thing started happening in the Rental vehicle Mitsubishi Outlander I took videos showing grinding noise and traction sign or something appeared though I was told this appears when you go outside of side lanes which is not true as I didn’t deviate and have been driving for past 12 years in Canada. Because of this issue, I didn’t take highway on 28 April for Vaughn because of this issue as I had my family with me and had to take city wasted my hours and also St. Catherine on 29 April I took city route from Mississauga because of this noise and traction or whatever sign appearing on the dashboard but no compensation for any of these by the person (I guess he is the manager), the girl working there she was good everytime and cared more about customers than the company but this manager I guess is more loyal to the company than the customers and would keep his job for sure for short term but will loose customers.   While my car was being fixed at the repair shop, Enterprise provided me with a rental vehicle that was in great shape. The staff were super friendly. The agent who took care of me, Gabriel, was such a gentleman. 👍 I would definitely recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed 👍

  Amazing experience. They picked and dropped me at my workshop. Shoutput out to Daniel, he was really professional and really kind in helping in exchanginv my rental car and return as well. Super nice and really good customer handling. Really recommend.
