- MOMaria Ocampo2 days ago5.0I really enjoyed the rental experience. The car provided to us was in excellent condition, clean, and very comfortable. The service was punctual, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire rental process. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

- FJFaizan JabbarAug 26, 20261.0They used to be great. I am their customer for like last 10 years. Mostly renting for work and sometime for personal reasons. Their customer service has gone down the drain over the years and rates have gone higher. I have had better experience frkm other enterprise locations but they are closest to my home. They never seem to have enough staff on duty they say to pick or drop you 3 blocks away. This never used to be the case so I do end up walking back but not sure what has changed.

I'll edit this review shortly. Their phone lines are down - I found out when I visited the location in person.
- FPFilipecq PereiraAug 14, 20261.0I made a few reservations here in the past, but for some reason I don't remember, I stopped going. I made a reservation through the Enterprise website for another location, and as soon as it went through, they called to say they didn't have the vehicle I wanted and to call back with any questions. So i did it and after the call, I cancelled. Simple and efficient, thank you for that. Then I looked for other locations and called this one where they assured me they had the vehicle I wanted, so I made the reservation, and when I arrived, they parked a vehicle in front that had nothing to do with my reservation. It looked like the Seinfeld sketch "car reservation". Now I know why I stopped going there.
