- JLJody LyttletonJul 1, 20261.0Approx 20k after rebuild engine seems to have a blow by. After service tech i believe overcharged me for this rebuild. I highly doubt this engine was rebuild properly. I am angry and upset beyond belief. I am now forced to pack up business because this rebuild has cost me more than was originally estimated by service tech. I am asking any or all cummins executive, manager or owner to reach out to me please. I believe no attention or pride was taken on this rebuild. I truly feel this job was hasted and was not done as promised by service tech or service manager, i believe i was taken advantage of because they seen i was deperate to get my engine fixed and repaired. I dont believe the parts were replaced as promised. The service team was very unprofessional and lackadazical. The two ppl i was in contact with were Jonathan and Samantha, very disappointed with this. I really would like some answers.
