  I've brought my car in a couple of times for insurance claims and they did a fantastic job and dealt with the insurance company, so after being hit in a parking lot one time and rear ended the other, it was 1 less headache for them to have dealt with everything! I just recently went in because I hit a goose which flew out suddenly in front of the car from a ditch; it took the paint off the front. I thought I was going to have to pay for the repair, as I wasn't going to put it through on insurance. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he came out, looked at it and said he could buff it out. He did so in the parking lot. I thought it looked great, but he pointed out a little bit that couldn't be buffed out, so he grabbed a little jar of paint and applied some and gave me the jar to touch it up a little more when it dried. I was ready to pull out my wallet and he said, that's it, you're all done good to go. That was AMAZING service and I want to say again, thanks very much. It was very much appreciated! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. EXTREMELY impressed.

  Excellent service from start to finish! They kept me updated throughout the repair process, delivered my car exactly when promised, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend this shop!

  We had a very minor accident in which someone backed up on my wife at 5 km speed. Assured was the recommended body shop by the insurance. I decided to fix my car at Assured when I saw the outstanding 4.9 rating. The car was great and I drove it for about a month after the accident and before bringing it to Assured. They started to keep adding unnecessary work to the estimate till the insurance decided to deem my vehicle as a total loss :( For examples about the unnecessary work: repainting the whole door although it wasn't impacted by the accident. Removing the door mirror and the handle although not impacted by the accident. Replacing the whole suspension parts although the lower control arm was replaced since less than 3 months. The suspension was never impacted by the accident. I still can't believe that I lost my vehicle because of less than 5 km speed accident. If you want your car to be written off then go to Assured as they are more than happy to rob the insurance and maximize the fix cost.

  Very happy with the service! They repaired and painted my bumper quickly, and the result exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. Fast, professional, and honest service. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

  a good team who takes care of your doubts and answers whatever you throw at them.They were very clear about everything, they did not false promised anything, were quick, approachable, and warm blooded people. If choosing your bodyshop where you can trust people, you can give this guys a go.
