  I’m so pleased with the service I received from Assured Automotive! I recently had my 2012 Nissan Sentra in for a repair on the driver’s side mirror and I couldn’t be happier with the state of my car upon return. Thanks to Nick and the team!!

  I had an amazing experience with Assured from start to finish. The entire team—and especially Nick, who managed my file—made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process. They worked with my hectic schedule to get my car repaired within a timeframe that worked for me and made the process of getting a rental car quick and easy. What could have been a very stressful experience was instead smooth and hassle-free. I'm incredibly appreciative of the excellent service I received and would highly recommend Assured to anyone in need of auto repairs!

  After my rear passenger door suddenly stopped working, I was stressed trying to figure out how much it would cost to repair. I had already been dealing with other vehicle expenses, and because the door issue was related to a previous accident that was still under warranty, I contacted Assured and the insurance company. I really didn’t want to drive all the way to Mississauga or take an entire day off, but since I couldn’t get it repaired in Ajax and I was already passing through Mississauga, I decided to make an appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and understanding. They had some concerns about the time involved and a dent on the door, but after discussing everything with the manager, he inspected it and, to my surprise, had the door opened and working again at no charge. I was so happy! 😊 It’s rare to find a business that is this honest, fair, and committed to keeping their word. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent customer service and integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  After a minor no fault collision, my vehicle was dropped at the Assured Automotive Auto Body Repair shop. And from start to finish, Abdalla and team was assigned to completing the repair and I was kept in the loop with the progress along with a ETA of when the job would be completed. To my surprise the job was completed much before the estimated time and to my satisfaction. (Job well done!) I was also provided with the job warranty certificate. My thanks must go to Kevin who did the initial assessment and handed over the vehicle to me upon completion. Way to go! Assured Automotive.
