Assured automotive was amazing to deal with! They communicated great and fixed my suv after an accident. Just picked it up today and it looks as good as it did before the accident. They were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend

I recently had my car repaired at Assured Auto Mississauga North after a couple of unfortunate incidents—I managed to dent the passenger side by backing into my front railing and later damaged the hood while turning under the back of a truck. I cannot recommend this shop enough. From the start, the appraiser, Johnathan, was fantastic. He worked closely with the supervisor to provide an estimate that perfectly fit my budget, which was a huge relief since I chose not to go through insurance. The repair work itself was nothing short of incredible. The body expert, Bob, did an amazing job; the car looks brand new, and the quality of the bodywork is truly impeccable. If you are looking for top-tier service and craftsmanship, I highly recommend checking them out.

Assured was recommended to us by our insurance company after our car's bumper was hit by an "unknown assailant"! The damages to our 2019 Lincoln MKZ were reviewed by Mohsen and then submitted to our insurance company. We received wonderful service from the entire staff at this location - I just wish we had written down the names of the others who assisted us. Our car was returned to us looking like a new car: the new paint on the bumper perfectly matched, and the inside of the car (wow!), all the scuff marks removed. I don't usually notice when my husband cleans the car, but this interior cleaning was extraordinary. Our thanks to everyone at Assured who turned a stressful experience into a wonderful one.
