  i had an excellent experience at the Alamo in Pearson international airport of toronto, canada. check out was fast, the representatives were available and knowledgeable, and as usual, there are no surprises that will catch you off guard. this is the third time i’ve rented with alamo, and i will keep coming back!

  Easy pick up with the skip the counter feature. Rates reasonable and no pressure selling add-on's. Rental car assigned to me was nice and better than expected. Return was easy too. All in all, great experience. Will definitely use Alamo again in future.

  My experience with Alamo was excellent from start to finish. The pickup process was quick and smooth, the staff were professional and friendly, and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Returning the vehicle was also fast and hassle-free. I would definitely rent with Alamo again and highly recommend them.

  Great service from the courteous staff at Pearson Airport. Will rent from them again! The car itself was a bit overwhelming for us. A bit like a rocket ship inside! We had a laugh with it.

  I always turn down the accident protection because my credit card covers it as well as my regular car insurance. It's no different this time. I told the agent at the desk that I'm declining it, and my mistake: I didn't check the agreement (I never do because it was always clear but this is my lesson learned). My surprise when I dropped it off is that I was charged 40/day of protection, and worse, they charged my spouse an extra driver fee, even though they advertise that spouse drives free so long as they're in the agreement. So, make sure you verify on the agreement (somethign I didn't do - I never had to in the past) that you really did decline the accident protection.
