  Reserved an Suv a month prior to my pickup. Received multiple text messages confirmation my reservation and to be at Enterprise at 12:00PM. I called and asked if it was necessary to arrive that early and they said yes because it might be busy. Now I am still sitting in the lobby and they are just starting to was the vehicle an hour and thirty minutes after my arrival. Staff was pleasant, No issues there but there was alot of rude customers.

  I have had multiple experiences of car rentals with Enterprises in Ontario and i am completely satisfied with their car rental services and the options they provided to me during the vehicle selection process. I really liked their service and highly recommend them.

  Overall my experience was good. I was asked to come in a day early to pick up the vehicle to avoid the rush next day Saturday morning which was great but even the day before when I went to pick up the vehicle it was busy and I had to wait. The staff was friendly and cooperative

  I booked my reservation a month in Advance. I called enterprise to confirm that I was able to pay with my debit card + the deposit so there were no surprises at the check in and I could prepare myself to ensure I put the money in. It says pay upon pick up when booking. Then the day before I’m supposed to pick up the car they mentioned they can’t do the payment without a credit card on hold. When someone is booking a reservation like this these details should be more clear and visible to people. Now my hotel has go down the drain because they weren’t very clear on the details. I called another location and they said they should be able process the reservation on debit with a bill and a pay stub. But this location has different rules apparently. Bullshit.

  My experience dropping off our rental after our accident was seamless, largely thanks to Raheem at Milton Enterprise. He was exceptional: friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. The manager deserves a shout-out too. Kind, calm, and professional in every interaction. It’s clear there’s a strong team culture here, where customers are treated like people, not a number. By the end of it, I felt supported, not rushed, and actually relieved. I will definitely use Milton Enterprise again in the future.
