  It was a really seamless process dealing with the staff after I had to pick up a rental through insurance. They even upgraded to a vehicle similar to mine (without any back and forth) after insurance made an error in their submission. It was one less hassle to deal with which was nice.

  I am an Enterprise Plus Platinum member and rent vehicles almost every month for business travel. I have used many Enterprise locations over the years, but unfortunately the Milton branch has been, by far, the worst experience. Twice, my confirmed reservation was canceled at the last minute because there were supposedly no vehicles available. What made this even more frustrating was that, on both occasions, I had received a confirmation call the day before assuring me that everything was ready. My most recent experience was equally disappointing. I received a call asking me to arrive at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday because my six-seater minivan was ready. I arrived on time, only to wait 40 minutes while the employee repeatedly called other customers asking if they would be returning vehicles. I explained that I was leaving for a business trip and that they had specifically changed my pickup time to 9:30 after confirming my vehicle was ready. My time and commitment did not seem to matter. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the minivan I had reserved was already parked directly in front of the office. Instead of simply giving me the vehicle that had been confirmed for me, I was kept waiting until I became frustrated. Only then was I handed the keys to the same minivan that had been sitting there the entire time. The biggest issue is not the vehicle, it is the lack of reliability and respect for customers' time. A confirmed reservation should actually mean something, especially for business travelers whose schedules depend on it. Despite being a Platinum member and a loyal, frequent customer, I have never felt that my business was valued at this branch. If you need a dependable reservation and value your time, I cannot recommend the Milton branch.

  The Enterprise team at Steeles Milton was swamped on the day I went to pickup my vehicle but they handled all of their clients professionally and provided guidance on each step. Returning my vehicle was also a smooth process and they offered help on my special request for my drop off in urgency. Great team at Enterprise 100%

  I’ve been renting cars from this location for quite some time, and with every visit, I notice the customer service getting even better. The team is incredibly dedicated and consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. They always greet you with a smile, maintain a strong sense of urgency, and genuinely care about providing a great experience. What amazes me most is how this team consistently delivers such exceptional service from a single location. Their professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude make every rental experience a pleasure. Highly recommended! Special shout out to Sam and Abdul for their leadership and dedication to make customers happy.
