DO NOT book from this location! I reserved a vehicle a month in advance, but on the day of pickup, I was told they didn't have it available. They only offered me a pickup truck or a compact car as a replacement. The staff was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. They charged me for a luxury vehicle while trying to downgrade me to a compact car. This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Oakville or Mississauga locations instead!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Addison and the team! I cannot say enough good things about the Enterprise branch in Milton. The entire staff goes absolutely above and beyond with their customer service levels—everyone there is super friendly and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Addison, who is truly amazing! I watched him multitask and seamlessly serve multiple customers during a very busy day. Despite the rush, he kept a genuine smile on his face the whole time and made sure he left the absolute best customer service experience with every single person he helped. If you need to rent a vehicle in Milton, this is the place to go. Exceptional job, team!

Worst experience with a return! If you are thinking about going to this location for a rental DO NOT. I did not take the $100 coverage fee and now they charged $500 for damage that the rental car previously had wihout reaching out to me. No messages no voicemail no email. Even after reaching out to the Damage Reporting Unit. Be very careful as they are dishonest and wil try to blame you and have you pay for damages the vehicle already had there. If you go and look at some of the 1 Star reviews you will see that this location has a history of doing this. Save your money and go to another rental company you can trust and that does not lack integrity like Enterprise Milton.

I love Enterprise. It has been my rental company at many locations in north America over many years. This includes also the Milton location. The team here is great. The only suggestion I have is to considering expanding the facilities. As business is growing, the exterior has becoming very congested, no customer parking places.
