  Fourteen rentals at this location in 2026, and I keep coming back not because of the service or cars, but because it's my closest branch and apparently I enjoy disappointment. I consistently book Premium or higher (PCAR / LCAR / RFAR / UFAR), and this location consistently treats those bookings as rough suggestions. May 24: Booked an LCAR. The last C300 had just been rented out; I was offered only significantly smaller PXAR vehicles and ended up downgrading to a Toyota Camry with some suspicious stains (see photo) for the space. Sep 20: Booked a PCAR. I was offered a VW Taos or Nissan Kicks after being told by Suraka that Enterprise no longer carries this class — yet it was still listed as bookable as of Oct 10, 2026. I waited an hour while they retrieved an Audi A3 from York Mills. I contacted Enterprise customer service about this and have yet to hear back. Oct 9: Booked a UFAR. Predictably, none was available. The options were 7-seaters, a smaller RFAR, or driving 35 minutes to Pickering to pick up the UFAR myself. Kemar offered to contact Woodbine about their larger 5-seat options and "give them a heads up." Spoiler: no one was informed, nothing was available, and I'd been on a field trip for my own entertainment. To make matters worse, I was verbally accosted twice, unprovoked, by another customer while describing this experience during the return in the lot. Yes, it was a heated conversation but it does not excuse the abuse. Credit where it's due: Vincent and Minnah have been genuinely excellent (A star for each of you). As my closest branch, and an Executive Elite with National, I have little choice but to keep doing business here. Management: I hope this finally gets your attention. Please fix this. Thank you.

  Enterprise rental providing me such a clean and reliable vehicle. Truly appreciate prompt assistance, dropping off and picking up from and to the repair shop. Everything went very well.

  Kemar at the front desk was friendly and helpful. He handled all the formalities for me, and the vehicle pickup process was quick, convenient, and efficient.

  Absolute terrible experience. My family and I had booked online the GMC SUV as our rental, mind you they showed the GMC as completely available to rent and we signed agreements/contracts for said upon vehicle. When we came into the location to pick up our reserved SUV we were told we could have have it as it was considered a “luxury suv” no where in the site did it mention that. Contracts were signed, the website showed the GMC as available, decided to not get my lawyers involved as we were in an extreme time crunch and needed a vehicle asap. Do better and fix your website to avoid false advertising and breach of contract.
