  Called in and spoke to Minnah to swap out my partners vehicle. She was able to accommodate and switch my partners car for another suv. Great customer service.

  Unfortunately, I have to give this location 1 star. I've rented from several other Enterprise locations over the years, and this was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. I booked a cargo van weeks in advance. The day before my scheduled pickup, I received a call asking if I still needed the van because they had other requests for it. That was surprising, as I assumed my reservation already guaranteed the vehicle. This wasn't a courtesy reminder—it felt like they were checking whether they could give my reserved van to someone else. On the day of pickup, I tried calling to let them know I was running about 20 minutes late, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived, the representative made it seem like I had nearly lost my reservation and said they didn't think I was coming anymore. After that, I still had to wait another 15 minutes before I could leave with the van. I was charged the 7-day weekly rate even though I only needed the van for 5 days. Had this been explained, I could have kept it for another day or two at no additional cost. When I returned the vehicle after 5 days, the representative himself seemed confused as to why I was bringing it back instead of keeping it for the full week. I also returned the van with the fuel gauge at the exact same level as when I picked it up—just under half a tank. I wish I had taken a photo of the fuel gauge, as I normally do, to avoid situations like this. Nothing was mentioned during the return inspection, yet I was charged for 2.89 litres of fuel at $2.87 per litre. What disappointed me most was the overall customer experience. Instead of thanking a loyal repeat customer who returned the van much cleaner than it was received, the focus seemed to be on finding an additional charge of less than $10. It wasn't about the amount—it was the principle and the lack of customer care. Based on this experience, I will be trying my best not to rent from this specific location again. I would recommend choosing another Enterprise branch if customer service is important to you.

  Last two rentals were handled by Vincent Salvadore one two weeks rental agreementon may 13th, and another 2 week agreement on 6th of june it was a pleasure to see Mr. Salvadore handling all the customers seamlessly, He was quick at the uptake and could understand the need well. The last one week RA on 4th July 2026, was handled by Ryan who also seemed well educated and reflected clear knowledge and understanding I'll recommend both above Customer service reps for nationwide recognition and be allowed to handle bigger responsibilities as they seem capable to handle and leave a good impression about the organization. for any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.
