  Renting from Enterprise was such an easy and enjoyable experience, thanks to Joe! He was incredibly patient, positive, and brought amazing energy throughout the whole process. He really set the tone for a great road trip! We’ll definitely be back to this location next time we need a rental.

  I had a very positive experience with Enterprise, and I would especially like to recognize Joe for his excellent service. From the beginning of my interaction with him, I found him to be extremely professional, patient, detail-oriented, and helpful. He made the entire rental process feel smooth and stress-free, and his customer service really stood out. Joe took the time to explain everything clearly and carefully. He did not rush through the process, even when there were several details that needed to be reviewed. Whenever I had a question, he was patient and made sure I understood the information before moving forward. I really appreciated that he was willing to take the extra time to make sure everything was correct. What impressed me most was Joe’s attention to detail. He carefully reviewed the rental information and made sure that everything was properly explained and handled. His professional approach gave me confidence that I was in good hands. He was also very courteous and approachable, which made it easy to communicate with him. Joe’s attitude was excellent throughout the entire experience. He was friendly and respectful, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Even when dealing with routine details, he treated the interaction as though providing good service was important to him personally. That made a noticeable difference in my overall experience. I also appreciated Joe’s patience. Sometimes rental procedures can involve many questions, details, and documents, but Joe never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He listened carefully and responded thoughtfully. His willingness to explain things more than once when necessary showed that he genuinely cared about providing good customer service rather than simply completing the transaction as quickly as possible. The experience with Joe gave me a very positive impression of Enterprise. A good rental experience is not only about the vehicle itself; the quality of the staff and customer service makes a significant difference. Joe demonstrated exactly the kind of professionalism and customer care that I would hope to receive from a company like Enterprise. Overall, I was very impressed with Joe. He was professional, patient, detailed, courteous, and genuinely helpful. His service made the entire experience easy and pleasant. I believe employees like Joe are a great asset to Enterprise, and I would be happy to use Enterprise again in the future based on this experience. I would also highly recommend Joe for his outstanding customer service and professionalism.

  I had a significant issue with the condition of the car, but Joe and the team at Enterprise handled the situation exceptionally well. They listened to my concerns, took the issue seriously, and worked with me to find a solution that felt genuinely fair and reasonable. What could have easily turned into a frustrating experience ended up leaving me very impressed with their customer service. A big thank you to Joe for being professional, understanding, and solution-oriented. This is exactly how customer service should be handled. I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location.

  This rental experience was extremely disappointing and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The most serious issue occurred during the rental period when our vehicle suddenly suffered a tyre blowout while we were driving on the highway. After the incident, we immediately contacted the company for assistance, but we were provided with the wrong initial address. In an already dangerous and stressful situation, we had to spend additional time trying to locate the correct location for assistance, which caused further inconvenience, stress, and safety concerns. In addition, we clearly informed the company during the booking process that there would be 6 passengers. However, when we arrived at the first pickup location, the vehicle provided was clearly not suitable for 6 passengers. We were forced to travel to another location to obtain a suitable vehicle, wasting significant time and seriously affecting our travel plans. After the incident, we discovered that the vehicle’s Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) was displaying inaccurate information and did not reflect the actual condition of the tyre. This prevented us from being aware of the tyre issue in time and ultimately resulted in a tyre blowout on the highway, creating a serious safety risk for everyone in the vehicle. As a result of this incident, one of our family members, who is 75 years old, was injured and continues to experience physical discomfort requiring medical follow-up. This incident not only disrupted our trip but also caused significant physical and emotional distress to our family. I have kept photos and videos that clearly document the condition of the vehicle and the issues with the system. We have formally raised this complaint with the company, but so far we have not received a satisfactory explanation or a reasonable resolution. As a rental company, providing safe and reliable vehicles, accurate vehicle information, and proper support during emergencies are basic responsibilities. This experience has seriously affected our confidence in the company’s vehicle inspection, safety management, and customer support procedures. We hope the company will take this matter seriously and provide a fair refund, appropriate compensation, and a formal explanation. We also hope other customers will carefully consider their options before renting from this company.
