  I highly recommend assured automotive. I was in a time crunch for my car to be fixed. But this team has been so attentive throughout the whole way. Thank you!!

  Terrible experience. Called over 10 times over 2 weeks for service but was constantly told they were busy. Spoke with management and requested it several of times for assistance, also busy. Went somewhere else, don't bother.

  Had minor body work done to fix a car accident scrape around the wheel panel paint area. Read positive reviews and decided to go with them based off the positive reviews. The quote seemed very competitive and initial customer service appeared fantastic and got my repair done next day. A day after the repair was finished, I noticed a noticeable gap between the panel & my door and brought this up to the staff. Compared it to the other side and noticed the gap seemed larger & more prominent. I brought this to their attention and they denied any responsibility. It was the way I was treated that made me upset and insulted. I took photos and showed my car vs other same model examples, and they asked if I was even looking at the same car. The fact that they were so quick to brush off my concerns and lacked any customer care showed their true character. My advice to anyone using them, take close pictures and videos as much as possible before bringing to them. Odd thing was that they took close photos in the daytime and outdoors, but afterwards, they only showed me zoomed out, poor lighting indoor photos as their proof. This was my negative post repair experience with them.

  The staff at this location are amazing. They did a fantastic job in replacing my bumper after someone rear-ended me in the winter. The paint matched exactly. I highly recommend this auto body shop. You will not be disappointed.
