  The staff at this location are amazing. They did a fantastic job in replacing my bumper after someone rear-ended me in the winter. The paint matched exactly. I highly recommend this auto body shop. You will not be disappointed.

  I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Assured Markham West following my recent collision repair. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional and exceeded my expectations in every respect. A special acknowledgment goes to Kiefer, the General Manager, who is the consummate professional. His knowledge, transparency, and commitment to customer service were evident throughout the entire process. He instilled confidence from the outset and ensured that every commitment made was followed through on exactly as promised. I would also like to recognize Maria and Negar, along with every other team member I encountered during my visits. Each person was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in providing an outstanding customer experience. It is rare to find an organization where such a high standard of service is consistently demonstrated by everyone you interact with. The communication, workmanship, and overall attention to detail were outstanding. While I sincerely hope I never find myself needing collision repairs again, there is absolutely no question where I will take any vehicle I own should the need arise in the future. Assured Markham West has earned my complete trust and highest recommendation.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Assured Markham Collision and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. A special thank you to Francisco Claros, who handled my repair from start to finish. He was professional, patient, honest, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. After my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV was damaged, Francisco took the time to carefully review the estimate, explain the repairs, and make sure only the necessary work was performed. What impressed me most was the transparency and attention to detail. The team kept me updated during the repair process, and I always felt that my vehicle was in good hands. When I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely amazed by the quality of the work. The paint match is absolutely perfect, the body lines and panel alignment look factory-new, the charging port functions perfectly, the cameras and blind-spot monitoring work flawlessly, and there are no warning lights or issues of any kind. The vehicle honestly looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you to Francisco and the entire Assured Markham Collision team for the exceptional workmanship and customer service. Repairing a nearly new EV can be stressful, but they made the entire experience smooth and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommended!
