⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Enterprise Truck Rental, especially thanks to Kyle. This was our first time renting a truck from Enterprise, and Kyle made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed for our business and made sure we received the right truck at the right time. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything worked out properly for us. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Kyle made the whole rental process stress-free and straightforward. He communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. I deal with many different businesses and sales representatives, and I can confidently say Kyle is one of the best sales managers I have ever come across. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a helpful and customer-focused attitude. Our first experience with Enterprise Truck Rental was a great one because of him, and we will definitely be returning for our future truck rental needs. Highly recommended! Thank you, Kyle, for the outstanding service and for taking such good care of us and our business.

I would strongly advise people to be careful when renting from this Enterprise location. The manager, Preet Singh, was involved in my rental experience, and I was charged additional amounts that I did not authorize.

I would not recommend renting from this Enterprise location based on my experience. I was charged additional amounts on two separate occasions that I did not expect. I also did not receive a proper invoice or detailed bill explaining what these charges were for. I contacted Enterprise to get clarification and documentation for the charges, but I never received a clear breakdown of the amounts I was billed. Being charged twice without receiving proper documentation was extremely frustrating. My advice is to carefully review your final charges and make sure you receive an itemized invoice before considering the rental closed.
