- RCRalph Chaccour2 days ago2.0I took off from work early just so I could hop on a call to ask a simple question.. “if I pick it up on Friday can I bring it back after hours?” The nice lady I initially spoke to didn’t have the answer so she rerouted me to the next person, but amazingly these guys left me on hold for 50+ minutes to the point the store closed and I still don’t have the answer. Thinking of calling? You might as well make the drive over to ask in person😐 The only reason I still would rent from them is their pricing. But seriously customer service??? Up your game! I almost peeled my own head off listening to that repetitive and annoying recording that plays out while on hold.
