  Had a small mixup with my booking at the Enterprise on Dundas St in London, but Gladin, the branch manager, went above and beyond to sort it out. Super courteous and made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish. Big shoutout to Tyla as well, she was so friendly and kept everyone who was waiting feeling looked after. Great team at this location!

  I had a very good experience with Enterprise. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the pickup and return process was quick and convenient. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely consider using Enterprise again in the future.

  I’ve recently rented a car at Enterprise on Dundas and Second street in London Ontario. I reserved a Malibu for a 3 day camping trip to Stoney point with my family. I looked at various car rental places such as Avis/Budget and others. Budget had a okay price but they wanted a $700 dollar deposit on top of the price using a major credit card. I wanted the lowest possible price I could find and remembered a friend of mine saying he rented from enterprise. So i looked online, I put in the days I would need the vehicle for and filtered the lowest price first and seen they had some affordable cars. I reserved a Malibu for the trip with free cancellation if I needed. Their deposit was only $500 which I would get back upon the cars return with no damages, plus the initial rental fee for renting the car with unlimited miles too. The rental process was quick and simple and the Manager was warm and welcoming. When we went to Enterprise to pick up the Malibu a Mazda prodigy was what he was going to give me it was smaller than the Malibu I thought I was getting. He answered any questions that I had about the Mazda being smaller and even upgraded my car to a Ford escape SUV for $5 dollars. It was bigger than the Malibu and the Mazda in my opinion and fit all our camp gear nicely. I’m so happy with the service they offered me and my family. I sincerely want to thank the manager and a co worker named “M” who was nice and understanding when I asked for the vehicle to be returned at 11am rather than 10am to take my daughter to work to which they waved that fee of a later drop off time. I loved seeing the car in front of me, but I was so sad to watch it leave as Enterprise does a free drop off within a short distance from their office. I honestly will always go to Enterprise first when renting a car? Thanks to the manager and his team at Enterprise on Dundas and Second street in London Ont Sincerely, Y Harper

  Like the service and friendly staff but was taken aback by the cost to drop off the rental in another city. Consequently I did not do so but would have been much more convenient if I had.

  NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. THEIR “FULL INSURANCE” IS A JOKE.🥲 Three months ago, we rented a car from Enterprise and paid for FULL INSURANCE. The car suddenly BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY for no reason. We called Enterprise for ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, but they offered NO HELP. The police arrived and REQUIRED US TO LEAVE THE HIGHWAY IMMEDIATELY, so we had NO CHOICE but to pay OVER $300 for a tow truck ourselves. For the past THREE MONTHS, we’ve been contacting Enterprise’s customer service for reimbursement, but they keep PASSING US BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS without taking responsibility or providing a solution. We paid for FULL COVERAGE, but when we actually needed help, Enterprise COMPLETELY FAILED US. BE CAREFUL BEFORE RENTING FROM THEM.🙏🙏
