  I had booked a car at another location by mistake and showed up here to pick it up. But the manager, Muskan, made sure there was no issues and was able to get the ride I need without any fuss. Overall great staff and the vehicle was clean while being within my budget.

  1/5 stars. Disgraceful service. Spent 14 minutes on hold just to ask if they had a premium SUV, and never reached a single person. I had reserved this vehicle a full week in advance, but when I went to pick it up, I tried multiple Enterprise locations across London, including the airport, and none of them had the car. How do you confirm a reservation and then fail to honor it at every location? Avoid this company. Embarrassing how Enterprise operates in Canada in 2026.

  I needed a rental for the time my vehicle was being repaired and the process was extremely easy. The staff were very friendly - I interacted with 6 employees who were all awesome. I had to wait a bit when picking up my rental because they were very busy, but drop off only took a couple minutes. They even drove me from and to my repair shop which was greatly appreciated. The prices were reasonable, there was a $300 deposit but that was refunded after the drop off inspection. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Enterprise again, and would recommend. Really happy with the vehicle I ended up with also ✌️
