  I would like to thank Adam and the Enterprise team for their professional and courteous service. When I returned the vehicle, I explained that I had filled the gas tank, but by the time I reached London, the fuel level had dropped by approximately two bars. Adam was very understanding and told me not to worry about paying for the difference in fuel. I really appreciated his professionalism, understanding, and excellent customer service. Thank you to Adam and the Enterprise team for making the rental experience smooth and positive.

  Originally my experience was okay. I was set up to get a rental through my insurance after my vehicle was broken into, this was the closest Enterprise to my work and home address. First issue we encountered was the payment method for the deposit had to be a card in my name, I don’t own a credit card so I had to pay the $300 deposit from my debit which was irritating but was still pleased with the service bottom line. Friday August 7th, 17 days since my vehicle had been in the shop, I got a call from the auto shop telling me my car would be ready. I explained I was working until 4pm and the shop closed by 5pm and they ensured me enterprise would take me to the shop in time. I arrived to the Horton St enterprise around 4:25 and explained that I really needed to make it to the shop in time and explained how hard the last 2 weeks had been without my vehicle, the staff seemed to be understanding, they asked where my vehicle was located, when I told them the shops address they refused to take the keys from me and told me to drive to the Hyde Park enterprise, even though I got the rental from the Horton St enterprise… I asked them to please just take the car and said I would uber myself to the shop then because this was a timely manner and they STILL would not take the keys and kept telling me “trust me the other enterprise is closer” and said they’d call the enterprise and let them know I’d be coming, even though I had just filled the tank of the vehicle to be returned they insisted I drive 20km to another shop. Furious, I drove about 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to the other enterprise and made it there after 5 I’m lucky that the shop stayed open long enough for me to get my car. The workers at the enterprise even told me that’s never happened before and was confused why they wouldn’t take the vehicle from me when it was the original enterprise I got it from. Anyways, way to ruin and experience for someone who was already under terrible stress dealing with their vehicle being messed up then these losers made me feel like a fool begging them to take the car so I could make it to the shop. If I ever had to rent a car again 1000% will not be from this location and I will go to the Hyde Park location where compassion is actually shown.

  Worst company ever!! Would not honor my reservation. Ruined my family's vacation! They take reservations but don't fulfill them. My vehicle I was to rent was sold. Others in line of me being told their vehicles reserved were also unavailable. Zero customer service and horrible way to conduct business. I was told it's my fault. Don't waste your time renting from this place!

  They showed car that they don't have. If you look on line for a car, they show they have plenty but even if you get approved and itinerary number. They call you and say that they don't have any car available They called it a glitch. But they admitted to me it a glitch they are not fixing....

  The var was clean ran well .we t to get my deposit back they lied amd told me it was put back ony card.which I wasn't. After 4 days of pass the buck I go d put they mailed it to the wrong address .don't recommend them un organized
