  If I could give a negative 100 I would, I have gone to this location for the last 2 years and rent almost weekly, I am an elite member. I’ve never had any issues up until today. My reservation was 9:30 I arrive a few minutes early as usual. Upon arriving there was one employee who said she was the branch manager. The Libby was filled with at least 15 people not including myself. I waiting until 10:17 when I was finally helped. The female branch manager working the front desk was absolutely rude, I informed her I’m an elite member I come here all the time we don’t need to go over all the small nitty details I am aware and signed and agreed. After signing and agreeing the female employee said I am not renting to you, took the keys OUT of my hand as I made a comment she shouldn’t be working here when I am telling her how to do my check in. She even refused the employee Chaffeur to give me a ride. I am very disappointed in the wait time, the treatment, poor customer service, and disrespect. I am a very loyal, respectful customer. Due to this incident, I will no longer be a customer of enterprise.

  Super Unprofessional… multiple staff in store and no one even acknowledged me when I was there until I left. They just sat at their desks talking about the staff members birthday dinner. They were blasting music on a speaker, place was a mess, guy before me was complaining about the vehicle he rented before (potential alignment issues)… Wouldn’t recommend.
